Today is Sunday July 12. I waited in the drive through line behind 4 other cars for about 40-45mins. Once I got to the speaker to place my order, no one came on the speaker at all. I was still behind 2 other cars at that point waiting at the speaker for about 20 mins with no communication at all from anyone inside. I went ahead through the line to the window once the car in front of me was finally handed their smoothies and drove away. At the window, I saw at least 3 employees inside who all seemed to be avoiding me for a minute before someone opened the window. At that point I was told they were now closed and weren't going to take my order because they closed at 4pm (it is Sunday). It was 4:10pm. I told them I'd been in line for at least 40 mins and he shrugged and said "sorry" and dismissed me. There was another car behind me so I literally couldn't leave the line until the cars in front of me went through, otherwise I would have left the line after the 15 minute mark. I own and operate a small restaurant and I make an effort to go and support other small local business during this time. I was appalled at the absolute lack of customer service skills. If this were my shop, I'd want to know how my employees conducted themselves in this situation so I could correct it. Whoever was the shift manager during this time has no business being a manager in the service business. The complete disregard for my time spent waiting in line which put us past their 4pm closing time only to be turned away is absolutely shocking as a business owner. Terrible experience. A few weeks ago I met up with my daughter at the Provo location and the music was much less agitating. โขThe menu posted at the drive thru is inaccurate. I pull the menu up online every time I go to see a more accurate representation of the smoothies. My favorite smoothie is Pumpkinโ Bash, but since itโs past Thanksgiving and itโs not on the menu, Iโm not sure if iโm able to order it. โขMy favorite bowl is Classic Aรงaรญ, but whenever the lid is closed the honey gets stuck to it and I have to scrape it off. Itโs a minor inconvenience but it would be a big help if this issue was addressed and fixed. โขI donโt feel comfortable with their use of plastic straws. I brought my reusable straw a few times but felt it wasnโt sanitary to carry around all day. Paper straws would be a better option. Itโs almost Earth day, so itโs a perfect time to change this. They said they take priority because, They are actually at the location and I am just an Uber driver , the customer wasnโt really there . Tried to contact the owner several times and talk to him and ask that he treats drivers like they are the customer , but never Responded . I will never go to this location again, I made $3 FoR that delivery , it was not worth my time
After reading your reply , I donโt understand why you responded so quickly after I left a review but you would never call me. Wanted to talk to you Before I left a review You Got bad information from your manager. I didnโt do anything that I would consider yelling or badgering . Never swore, never yelled. I only kept asking for my order numerous times and questioned why they kept putting me to the back of the line and then I asked for the owners number. If you consider that badgering then you should not be in business. I should have been taken in order as the drive up customers got taken in order but they pushed me off to the back Of the line more than once and actually told me I AM JUST AN UBER DRIVER.
