The best Thai restaurant I've been to in years! First off, I am a Thai food snob and am very critical on my judgement. I have been to nearly every Thai restaurant in this state and The Boss 1 is absolutely amazing authentic Thai. They have the best papaya salad I have ever had with a perfect blend of sweet tamarind and a great choice in fish sauce, and that is a huge deal for us, as we are no strangers to home made papaya salad. Just enjoyed lunch over at The Boss while getting some work done on my car nearby. A very sweet and patient lady kindly help guide me through what to order, as I had never been and could not decide what to get. I had a Thai Iced Tea flavored bubble tea, chicken ginger soup, and Pad Thai with shrimp - which when I told her I wanted a little spicy she recommended i ordered 1.5 (out of 5 spicy scale). Such a wonderful, local eatery! We ordered out tonight (rare for our family). Yet, when we do order it is from the boss. We have a one year old, a picky 13 year old, and one adult who likes spice and one whom does not. They catered to every taste. I asked for "as spicy as could be". I've asked this at other local restaurants with minimal spice. The wonderful woman who answered the phone was so kind and really heard my spice level- non existent 5. It was AWESOME!
