From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The park itself is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, but what truly sets it apart is Carolina’s warm and professional management.

She’s incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or lend a hand, and she genuinely cares about the residents. Whether it’s helping with move-in logistics, making sure the grounds are spotless, or organizing community events, Carolina handles everything with kindness and efficiency. Her positive attitude and attention to detail create such a comforting, friendly atmosphere—this place really feels like home thanks to her.

I moved here almost a year ago and I want to praise Carolina the manager of the property and David in charge of maintenance. I would have never survived living here if it wasn’t their dedication to making sure everyone in this community was cared about.
