I usually don't post reviews of places but this restaurant is so bad that I'm going to make an exception. I have no clue how this is rated above 4.5, must be paid reviews, don't get duped by its rating.
we were greeted at the door by a young boy who said straight away that it will take atleast an hour to get our food even though most tables were empty.
they don't have a physical menu, it's through a qr code and the order is placed through that website as well so these people don't have that work as well.
inspite of this, it took upto 20 mins for them to even give us water and plates and that too we had to ask for that when they were bringing out our first appetizer (mind you most tables were empty). The 2 empty tables on either side of us didn't even have their dirty plates and cutlery cleared out for an entire hour.
when the main food arrived after an hour, it was so oily that you can barely eat half of it. I was genuinely scared that it might cause a stomach upset if I ate more of it.
to add insult to injury, these people have the nerve to add an 18% service charge to their overpriced, garbage food for the "dine in experience" that they offer. Don't bother tipping here, the service is literally nonexistent and its very obvious that they are either understaffed or incredibly lazy.
they legit seem to be trying to scare as many customers away as possible with the way they tell everyone coming through their doors how long they have to wait for their food. Hopefully they do scare them all away and they go out of business.
I'm sure I missed a couple more things i noticed about how awful this place is. Stay away from this place...
Read moreI have eaten here several times and have always been happy with the customer service and food. However, my most recent visit during New Year's Eve week was very disappointing. I tried to order food on two different days, and each time I was greeted by the same employee who informed me that the wait would be excessively long and that several menu items weren’t available. Additionally, half the tables in the restaurant were covered in dirty dishes, and only 1-2 tables were occupied.
My husband overheard the employee greeting a family and telling them there was no way to seat their large party together. How is it not possible to move tables to accommodate guests? The service was so poor that if they were understaffed, they might have been better off closing than to permanently ruin the experience for some customers. The employee greeting people shared bad news about the menu and wait times but couldn’t be bothered to take orders, clean tables, or assist the kitchen staff. Instead, he just stared at his phone, waiting to deliver bad news to the next group.
I really love the momos here, but the customer service during this visit was downright shameful. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves. If they can’t keep up with the demand, they should consider closing for the week instead of delivering such a poor experience. This is not how you should...
Read moreI wanted to share a terrible experience I recently had at this place. We(a party of three)got there on a Sunday evening at around 7 hoping to grab dinner but we found the staff (I.e the only person managing the whole restaurant, apparently) to be quite inefficient and unwelcoming. They initially told us that there was a 15 minute wait just so they could get the table cleaned. When we asked if we could get chai while we waited, they told us they were out of milk(!). While we were waiting, a few other groups of people joined us in the waiting queue - some of them larger than 3 people. When we were eventually seated, it was at a 6-seater table and it became apparent that the hostess wanted us to leave(presumably so she could seat a larger party at our table). She informed us that it would take 55-60 mins or more for main course to be prepared. When we asked if she could serve us appaetizers in the meantime, she said it “could” take 15-20 mins (she said she’d have to confirm this with the cook).
