El Car Wash - Coral Way — Local services in South Miami

Yesterday, I went to do my usual car wash and there was a suspicious incident with my credit card. I was trying to make the payment like usual with the machine, I had everything selected when an female employee came and took my card from my hands and went to their computer and “made the payment” at that moment I was confused on why she took my card. At the moment before she took my card, she asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no. I thought this payment was going to be done with the machine in front of me. However, I went to the machine and noticed that I was not charged. I finished cleaning the outside of my car and went again and checked my account and still did not show any new transactions. I went and called my bank and also my bank confirmed no new transactions. I went and asked the employees to provide a receipt, they stated that it was difícil to find the receipt and provide a “no receipt” for a $10 charge when my service was $20. End of the story, I felt like this female employee compromised my credit card information as there was no reason for the employee to take my card. As today day, I have not been charged for this “transaction”. I am making this review to bring this to upper management attention as I have also used this facility and suggested opening an investigation on this protocols as could risk customer...

After 9 Yrs my membership comes to an end. I really hope they don't take advantage of you but it’s bound to happen. I had never made a late payment, even when my car was in an accident I still made my payments without using their service. They have an employee by the name of G* that has no etiquette, unprofessional and is the worse person I have ever dealt with. She is definitely a liability for the company and probably just started working there. They would rather lose a customer that's been with El Car Wash for the past 9yrs. Some of the equipment at other locations are so run down and don't even work properly that it will cause damage to your car. I am really fastidious when it comes to my car and let me tell you their machinery is not well kept which causes swirl, scratches and sooner or later you will find damages on your car. I don't usually leave reviews but I just hope you don't have to be as disappointed as I am with EL CAR WASH. I also spoke to corporate and they're also unethical. They have a lady answering phones with a lack of professionalism. Hope this makes it to the owners cause they will be losing loyal clients. They lost me as a loyal customer and I'm going to make sure others hear about it just as I use to praise their company and recommend...

I visited this car wash as a regular customer and long-time member, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. During a routine wash, the machine dislodged the exterior trim on my car’s back window. I immediately asked to speak with the manager to understand how they planned to address the issue, as the damage was clearly caused by their equipment.

However, the manager dismissed my concerns, stating that they were not responsible. When I requested to file an incident report, he told me I was “wasting my time” and suggested that I simply glue the piece back on myself, as they wouldn’t be taking any further action.

I expected far better service and accountability from this business, and this experience has been very disappointing. This will be my last visit to this location—or any El Car Wash—for their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist customers when their equipment causes damage.
