We selected this restaurant to celebrate the end of the school year with our 3 middle school kids. I already had great expectations, based on the recommendations I received from several friends, but this experience was above and beyond. From the moment you enter - very cool vibe, awesome music, gorgeous design. We were greeted by attentive staff right away. It was hard to select what to order, because everything looked so good. Our order was ready within a few minutes. We had beef steak, beef lasagna, fettuccini al carbonara (the best I have tried!!!!) and of course pizza. We also had to order desert, because everything looked so good! The kids are still raving about the place and already asking when can we go back. I also have to mention the very reasonable pricing, for a place that offers such ambiance, service and AMAZING food, we expected higher prices, so this was just the cherry on the top. Dear owner, it has always been a pleasure eating and recommending your restaurant. However, there is something that needs to be changed in order to not trick people into leaving additional tip. Your receipt or check for parties of 6 or more have a default tip of 18%, but you are wording it "service charge" and not using the word "tip". Then, at the end of the receipt you are including suggested tip percentages when in reality it should have been "additional tip" because the default 18% for parties of 6 or more has already been included in the check. I have seen this wording in a few other places (which I have not visited anymore) and it tricking people into leaving exaggerated amount of tips and making their bill much higher. This aside, the personnel does deserve a great tip as I has always been treated with great manners and respect, but the wording needs to be fixed, hence my 3 stars this time.
