Fresco y Más — Local services in South Miami

This particular location, not at all near my house, is a large store w/ wide aisles & ample parking. They have a large $1 section w/ great choices. Only flaw is when I asked "3" employees for a location of an item, none of them spoke English or even broken English & did not try to find someone who did. Certainly not like Publix where all employees go out of their way to assist you. Also just a side note. They had several spice packets reduced to 10 cents each. When I looked at the expiration date they had already expired in Feb....

Only 2 cashiers open and manager along with other person talking while lines kept growing. I asked of they could please open another register and both just took off. I lefty lunch along with some snacks and approached them both on how rude.of them to just walk away. Cajera fue SÚPER grosera porque no quise poner mi numero de teléfono cuando estaba haciendo las compras con un miembro de mi familia. No me gustó la forma en la que me trató y nadie se debería sentir forzado a poner su numero de teléfono. Es información PERSONAL, por favor entrenen a sus cajeras mejor. No es mi culpa ni la de mas nadie si ella está teniendo un mal día y tampoco me tiene que seguir pidiendo que ponga el teléfono cuando no quiero hacerlo. Insinuando de una manera muy grosera que yo era Americana (no lo soy) porque “los americanos le dicen que no a todo”. Es incómodo que haga comentarios como ese porque está empeñada que yo ponga mi numero de teléfono.

Cashier was SUPER rude because I didn't want to put my phone number when I was shopping with a family member. I didn't like the way she treated me and no one should feel forced to put their phone number. It is PERSONAL information, please train your cashiers better. It's not my fault or anyone else's if she's having a bad day and she doesn't have to keep asking me to put the phone number when I don't want to.
