AT&T Store — Local services in South Miami

Horrible experience with this place! Took all day to order a phone with the manager Jessica and mind you no one there speaks English. NO ONE! They didn’t know what they’re doing including the manager Jessica was on the phone getting help from elsewhere. Jessica didn’t advise that my phone will take much longer than what she said and it was showing for December the whole time. Called AT&T and they clearly stated that the phone has been back ordered since it’s released date but of course I wasn’t aware of that at time of purchase. This place is a privately owned store so it figures as to why you get this type of service here. Good luck to anyone that doesn’t know how to speak Spanish in this store but regardless they don’t know what customer service is. By far the worst experience even with the claimed manager Jessica. Perhaps the laziest AT&T employees ever. The two times I’ve come here, they have been unwilling to help me with my concerns. As a long time AT&T customer, I had recently done a trade in and was informed that I could bring my old phone, once I reset it, to any AT&T location to trade it in. I walked in and these employees completely gaslight me, saying they could not do this, I had to go back to the store 1.5 hours away where I did the trade in, and pack and ship a UPS box myself. Imagine my surprise, when after speaking with AT&T corporate, they advised me this was not the case, I was correct, and I could have turned the phone in at any AT&T store but these specific employees just didn’t care to help me. Rolando and Eduardo were amazing. I would drive from Jacksonville, Florida if I needed phone service just to visit the store in Coral Way. Fantastic customer service and always looking for a way to help me save money. They truly look out for the customer first before themselves which is rare and today’s world.
