I had called and made sure that they would allow me to come in 10 minutes after close to pickup my order and not only did they allow me to enter, they went out of their way to allow me to add a bowl to my order. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names, but, there was a girl with tattoos on her arm(s) who assembled my dish and she took such pride in her work (check out the photo! AMAZING!) and she was very informed, intelligent, honest, happy, and articulate while responding to all my questions. She also was very honest when she informed me every time there was an upcharge to options that I wanted.
Now there was another amazing person (a gentleman) at the cash register who unlocked the door to let me in. While I was ordering my bowl there was another customer pounding on the front door very aggressively and cursing him out because they didn't have enough of a specific protein to complete his order. This amazing worker was trying over and over again to appease this stubborn customer by offering him his incomplete meal tonight for free while offering to substitute with different protein and to have the customer's requested full meal also free for tomorrow. The stubborn customer not only declined but aggressively cursed him out again and stomped out the door huffing and puffing like a child.
I salute this worker for having the patience of a saint and having amazing customer service skills. I was so impressed I left them a $20 tip and then I was given the angry guy's order for free as it was going to get thrown out anyways.
I promise I will return due to these amazing workers and will find out their names and edit this review with their names so they get the recognition they deserve. I imagine behind the masks they were smiling the entire time as well.
TL;DR: THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE WORK HARD, TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT THEY DO, ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, AND WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU! IF YOU'VE EVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT CHIPOTLE, GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!
DON'T GO TO ANY OTHER CHIPOTLE!

I WAS DINING INSIDE THIS CHIPOTLE LOCATED AT SW 87th AV & 24th ST (Coral Way) MIAMI, around 5:15pm , I witnessed Abuse and Bullying from a Manager on a Female Customer that was ordering a SOFT TACO, when she approached the Cashier to pay, the Manager wanted to charge her Full Price, meaning $13 the Bowl price, he Claimed it was "HEAVY" meaning too much weight to be a SOFT TACO, HE WANTED TO CHARGE HER FOR A BOWL, she repeatedly said she'd ordered a Soft Taco $4 , and was not willing to pay the $13 for a BOWL she did not order, The Woman told the Manager, she didn't have the money to pay the $13 . At that moment the Manager PREFERRED to throw the BOWL TO THE TRASH BIN, I saw him do it. I was in Shock & disbelief and was breathing Deeply , to avoid getting involved. The Female was in Disbelief herself, seen the Managers actions. She ended Up Crying and Leaving without any Food. I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.. STORE OWNER OR GENERAL MANAGER NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS MANNNER. IT'S UNACCEPTABLE TO TREAT A CUSTOMER IN THIS MANNER , PERHAPS SOMEONE WAS CLEVER AND RECORDED THIS UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT.... -( WHEN THE EMPLOYEE THAT MADE THE SOFT TACO, PUT TOO LITTLE OR TOO MUCH ) IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT....... MOST OF THE TIME, IN MY EXPERIENCE THEY BARELY PUT ANY PROTEIN, SO IN THIS INSTANCE IT WAS HEAVIER THAN SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN... AND MANAGER DECIDED TO TRASH THE FOOD.... SHAME...
Read moreChipotle has become my go-to place whenever I'm on the road or when my son attends his music class each week. Undoubtedly, this particular Chipotle holds a special place in my heart as it embodies the warmth and welcoming spirit of Cuban hospitality. I can genuinely say it's my favorite one!
The moment I step foot inside, I'm greeted with genuine kindness, courtesy of the same woman who always welcomes me with a smile. She immediately knows whether I'm dining in or opting for takeout, which makes me feel valued as a regular customer. What truly warms my heart is that she remembers my order every time, and it's evident that she pays attention to her patrons.
As I proceed down the line, the second woman, who prepares my veggies, never fails to inquire about my well-being and how my son is doing. It's the personal touch like this that sets this Chipotle apart from the rest. I relish the fact that I get to see the same familiar faces on each visit, creating a sense of belonging and community that I rarely find in a "food chain" establishment.
And let's not forget about the food itself - consistently incredible! The flavors are rich, and the ingredients are fresh, which adds to the overall delightful experience. I can't help but feel like I'm dining at a local gem, rather than a typical...
