If I could give it 0 stars, I would. To begin, they seem to never be in stock of whats clearly on the menu. I have gone at different times of the day and on different days but they seem to have a shortage problem. Seems hard to believe considering I have been to others that dont have this issue. Specifically I went yesterday and they didnt have chicken wings, biscuits, fries, or nashville chicken tenders. This is what 30% of the menu? They use to have little stickers over the items they didnt have but they took them off so I thought maybe they finally got stock. I ordered the nashville chicken tenders and the cashier put fries and a biscuit on the receipt. It was only after I asked that she told me they didnt have fries and asked me what I wanted to substitute it for. I never got my biscuit and I wish I took a picture. The "nashville" chicken tenders were regular chicken tenders with what looked like clumps of month old hot sauce dumped on it. Furthermore, the service is quite bad. Its difficult to communicate with someone who does not speak english, but past the point, the sign on the door insists on wearing masks for the customers yet most of the employees were not wearing gloves nor masks. In an industry centered around food (and more importantly health and safety of the customers) you would think the employees would at least be following guidelines. I just understand how a place that has the word "chicken" in it, does not have chicken. If you never have something in stock, then simply take it off the menu or put the stickers or signs back stating they are not in stock. I wont be visiting this kfc probably ever again and after attempting to submit a complaint on kfc's website (it had a cap of like 50 words) I lost motivation to even complain because it seems like they dont care or ignore the complaints. Read moreThe customer service was absolutely terrible. The guy working the drive thru was very rude. Then, when we got our food, all of it was turned sideways so food was leaking out everywhere. Mashed potatoes were watery. Gravy seemed like it was watered down. Very thin and flavorless. Didn’t taste like gravy normally tastes from KFC. Won’t be returning.

When I call management they refer to me as 'papo' and hung up on me.
