Let me start with I really liked this store. I went in to purchase a Christmas gift for my sister. I had no prior knowledge of crystals, etc but I figured let me just go to the store and someone will help me. Well....that didn't happen. I arrived a few minutes before the opened and the associate let me in but after that I was on my own. The store was extremely overwhelming with so many stones and the sales associate did not ask me once if I needed help finding anything. She stayed on her phone the entire time behind the counter. I had to go to her for all of my questions. I had no direction in the store and was wondering around until I stumbled into a few items that I would have liked to purchase. I think this is a great place if you know what you are looking for and interested in purchasing. If not, good luck and do your research prior to going in case there is no one in the store to help. Also they do not provide any take home information on the stones your purchasing so you have take a picture just to remember the type of stone...

It’s very sad and hurtful with all that’s going on in the world that one must experience so much disrespect and humiliation when shopping in a store. I went to this store like I normally do just looking for more crystals. From my previous experience shopping in the store has always been very peaceful and the previous sales associates were beautiful. Unfortunately on Friday 4/4, my shopping experience was very unpleasant. The sales associate was not very welcoming. She had a very bad condescending attitude and did not want to help me. The whole experience really hurted and it was very unfortunate because I never thought I would experience such disrespect from anyone in this store because of all the beautiful past experiences. I also referred a few friends to shop at this particular store as well; but now I have to inform those friends not to shop at this store. I use to love this store but I will not be returning. It’s really sad how some people are treated so poorly because...

They have beautiful Geode clusters! I just bought 3 of them! Check them out!

I want to add, the Employee was great, and very helpful. I explained, what I was looking for, and this store had some.... but I was interested in a bigger Citrine Geode. She went and helped, by calling ahead to Millburn store, they replied they did not have what I was looking for.

That's fine, not all stores have everything ESPECIALLY when it comes to energy.

I drove to Millburn NJ store anyway, to browse what they had. And that was a bad experience.

I drove back, to this South Orange location... and purchased 3 Geode Clusters. And the Employee was magnificent, she allowed me to have the printout, of what I was purchasing... which gives the definition/energy. Of the Geodes purpose.
