Luis from Lonora Gold, is a kind and professional owner. I will now be coming here for any jewelry / watch repairs or cleaning. He is the 3rd owner of this shop and has been servicing the area for over 30 years now! The shop itself is likely over 100 years old.

I took in a ring to get repaired because one of the side stones had fallen out. He has a great eye for detail and was able to attach the stone and reinforce it a long with the other side stone. I couldn't be happier with the repair.

I recently had an accident with my necklace and the chain broke. I called multiple repair shops and Luis was very friendly and made the experience extremely smooth. I came in and within 15 minutes they were able to repair my chain! They were swift, professional and the prices are very affordable. If you have any jewelry repair needs, I would recommend going to this shop! I will be returning in the future, this place gets a 10/10...

I always loved Luis (the owner) as a genuine person for his professionalism whenever he fixed my watches. He would joke around with me, but was a sincere character with a great smile.
