Taqueria El Farolito — Restaurant in South San Francisco

My husband and I are from the east coast and after reading a good amount of reviews, decided to ordered burritos (to- go) for dinner tonight. I'm allergic to avocados and he's allergic to shrimp. We were specific with our order bc of this. The burritos weren't labeled so we weren't sure which burrito belonged to who. My husband unwrapped a bit of his burrito, saw avocado and started eating. While watching the Winter Olympics and quarter way through, he noticticed he ate half a shrimp. I, now, know where my shrimp went but was upset when I noticed I've been eating avocado. He's now looking up the closest urgent care or hospital bc he's having having an allergic reaction and my stomach is killing me. I usually grab my El Farolito fix on Mission St, right by Russia St., but I thought I would try ordering from their South City spot. We were planning to pick it up, but the person who answered our call was a bit of a handful. They’d yell out something, put us on hold, and then we just hung up after waiting over 5 minutes! We gave it another shot, but the same thing happened. So, we decided to order across the street where they seemed more on point and proffesional. We even passed by and checked if it was just a busy time, but it wasn’t. If you’re not comfortable taking orders by phone, maybe consider removing the number so we don’t waste our time. I’m know I will not be recommending this place to anyone new to the area, and I’m not planning on ordering...

I was there the other day with my family and some friends and the first thing that disappointed me was that they didn't let us use the bathroom, I asked to the cashier and she was so mean and she just said " NO, it's broken" but we knew that was not true, they said that because was a little late and they were almost closing. But that's not all about the food, this place used to serve good food and good amount of food, and That day the food was really bad and they shrunk the plates.
