This was the least greasy Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. We got a couple items that we couldn’t pronounce, (along with pita and falafel) and had a great time- it was all delicious! The restaurant is also very clean with beautiful decor. I’m not sure, but it certainly felt like authentic Mediterranean food.
Update: It has been several months, and I’ve been here multiple times. What follows is a longer term review.
Get the grilled mixed plate or kebob mix and spanakopita. Get the desserts if you feel you have room. Get the sauce.
Just as you can tell how authentic an Italian place is based on the cannoli or lack thereof, I believe you can tell how good a Mediterranean place might be by the Spanakopita. Let me tell you.
I am one of the laziest people I know,(I haven’t checked with anyone because I’m too lazy), BUT I drove 20 minutes just to have a meal here because I wanted the spanakopita and grilled mixed plate THAT badly. I have never done anything like this in my life, I almost always go somewhere nearby where I live. Instead, I drove here like an addict, thoughts focused on the spanakopita. Flakey and crispy on the outside, doughy and cheese on the inside. I’ve had a lot of spanakopita in my past. Sometimes too oily and soggy, but this place. Oh my. This Spanakopita makes me want to convert my religion and middle name. The meats are tender and delicious. The pita bread is good as well.
I put my phone down to solely focus on enjoying the experience here, as I savor every bite and look at the beautiful wall-art, so I don’t have a lot of pictures, but at least I have a grilled mixed plate picture.
Look, it’s good, but don’t come. Let me enjoy it in peace. But if you do, please leave quickly so I can enjoy my meal in peace. I’m only partially kidding.
—- Update: It has been a year since I first discovered this place, and it still holds high quality in everything. I am officially declaring this my favorite restaurant of all time. I have been here probably at least twice a month. Listen man, I’m not getting paid for this. I just want them to stay in business so that I can always...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Grill Kebab and Gyros, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, the owner and staff were incredibly hospitable, making us feel welcomed and comfortable.
The owner himself was very friendly, taking the time to chat with us and ensure that we had a great dining experience. He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our meal.
Speaking of the meal, the food at Grill Kebab and Gyros was absolutely delicious. The kebabs were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of char and tenderness. The flavors were outstanding, making each bite an absolute delight. The fresh bread served alongside the kebabs added a wonderful touch to the overall experience.
One thing worth mentioning was that the soup we ordered turned out to be a bit too spicy for my mom. However, when we brought it to the owner's attention, he immediately took care of the situation. Not only did he replace the soup, but he also offered us a complimentary, delicious Turkish coffee as a gesture of goodwill.
Overall, I highly recommend Grill Kebab and Gyros for anyone seeking a delightful dining experience. The combination of the friendly and hospitable owner, along with the scrumptious food and excellent service, made this a memorable visit. Whether you're a fan of kebabs or simply looking to try something new, this restaurant is definitely...
Read moreI eat Mediterranean food pretty often - maybe an average of 3-4 times per month. I also travel a lot for work, so I get a chance to sample Mediterranean food all over the country. All that is to say that I have a lot of basis for comparison.
This place is really good. I just haven't run across Turkish style Mediterranean food very often. I love Lebanese food, but Turkish is somewhat of a rare treat.
I ordered the combo Gyro plate, which comes with lamb/beef and chicken Gyro, rice, salad, hummus and a pita for $20. Plenty of food. Really good flavor ok both the lamb/beef and chicken Gyro. Hummus was smoothe, but a touch too oily. Salad tasted nice and fresh. Really enjoyable meal. Top 10 Mediterranean meal for me this year for sure.
And, as a bonus, since it's a Turkish place - Turkish delight for dessert...
