Bought two portable AC units, not two weeks both stopped working and also discovered they weren’t even new but refurbished, returned one no problem, but unable to find receipt for second one they would not honor their return policy that states you can return an item in 30 days without a receipt even though it posted on wall in large bold letters, they refused to exchange the unit even though it was defective after only two weeks, poor management decisions from white collar employees who sit in an office all day somewhere and care nothing about customer service or honoring...

Pretty cool place to get random, cheap stuff. I shopped at Ollie's before Christmas, and it's a great place to shop for a white elephant gift. I've also had a couple snacks from there that were pretty good. I've had some that weren't very good too though lol. They also have a wide variety of books, which i really like. Overall, it's a pretty cool place to shop at if you just want to kill some time or need to find a random gift...

Tons of items to chose from, and there's so much variety! You never know what you'll come across or how low the price will be! I usually purchase products in the toiletries, household, housewares, and outdoor/lawncare departments and overall save a good bit of money over a month's time, and two visits. The dry cereal there is also a great bargain if your a "late night, multiple cereal bowls, none the same kind, cereal...
