M.R. Davis Public Library — Attraction in Southaven

Do NOT come to this Library. They are EXTREMELY racist. I was attempting to download the compatible information for my child’s leapfrog connect at this location. The desk clerk came over, saw that I was trying to download information for the LEAPFROG CONNECT and that’s when she told me she’s not able to assist because a password from the desk clerk was needed in order for me to proceed with the process. STAFF Is rude and they charged, me a whopping 6.50!!! for printing some paper, PAPER!! the printer was slow and printed very choppy. with some pages being so bad you couldn't read them! I asked for color, was charged for color, and what did I receive? black and white. to make things worse the place was dirty and none of the bathroom stalls had toilet paper or soap. lights were going out in the bathroom and main areas. and the staff showed no empathy. come here if you want to be at a dirty and DISGUSTING AND FILTHY library. im still here now, but im packing up and leaving for good. first...

I didn't actually utilize the library, although I did go inside. It is spacious and looks very nice. My sister and I made use of the benches and walking trail behind the library and enjoyed the lake with the fountain, the geese, the turtles, fish, plants and the people-watching. We met a very sweet German Shepherd named Lady who was out for a walk with one of her humans (also a very nice lady). It was an enjoyable afternoon, and I look forward to repeating...
