Horrible service!!! I ordered and paid for a special order bed in June 2025 as of September 2025 the delivery date is still unknown. In August I contacted the store to attempt to receive the items they had in stock and was told their policy is not to deliver partial orders. They do not reach out update customers on delayed furniture status. The manager claims the bed is delayed at import???? I checked on the order each week in August and despite their response to return my call with the updated status, I NEVER received a call back. I had to purchase a replacement bed elsewhere since I needed the bed for guests in September. Its already been months since my purchase my new delivery date is June 2026! an entire YEAR for delivery and based on 5th Avenue service I expect it to be still delayed in import undelivered! As for value the bed is currently on sale for $100 less than what I paid but since price matching is at the managers discretion I've already been informed I will not be receiving an adjustment.

Yes there are records to support my review, you only track the calls you actually answer!!! Not the remain on hold for over 10 mins or those that go straight to voicemail. As I stated: I started reaching out at the begining of August, I only got someone on the phone after a 20 minute hold wait on 8/12/25 and again after a 30 min wait 8/25/25 and another 30 min wait on 9/9/25 I was put on hold for 10 mins twice on 9/12/25 prior to coming into the showroom. I 've received 1 call back on 9/11/25 where I was offered the request I made on 8/12/25. I really think your response minimizes a valuable customer experience. My experience with 5th Avenue service was and still is horrible. My 1 star is given to Tom the salesperson he really did a great job. It is not my intention to slander nor defame 5th Avenue Furniture, I have accurately reviewed MY experience which is obviously not yours. I took a chance and visited 5th Avenue on Greenfield right before their grand opening, and I’m so glad I did! I had been searching everywhere for the perfect dining set to brighten up my space. I visited three other furniture stores around metro Detroit and browsed online endlessly, but nothing felt quite right, until I walked into 5th Avenue. They had beautiful leather sofas and dining sets. They have dining sets for all kinds of interior aesthetics like glam, rustic, cottage, industrial plus multi functioning options for any interior floor plan or seating needs.

Tim and Kaylyn were amazing to work with. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable.

The moment you walk in, you're greeted warmly by the front desk and immediately notice how beautiful the store smells. These qualities made the store immediately stand out from the other stores I visited and yes smell matters lol! The layout of the store is clean, the pieces are high-quality, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

This store isn’t just about furniture, it’s about the experience. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend 5th Avenue to anyone looking for standout pieces and top-notch service. I look forward to the delivery and can’t wait to see it all come...

My first time to the 9 mile & Greenfield location and first I wanna immediately talk about how clean the the place was 2nd how welcoming the staff was when entering the building and was able to offer great customer service and support for whatever questions you might have had. Third the great salesman himself Ozie AMAZING PATIENT KNOWLEDGEABLE he doesn’t breathe down your neck while shopping but never to far to get any understanding of quality furniture and he doesn’t try to make you feel like you have to spend every penny you have to furnish your home the different packages they offer are great prices. Ok now let’s talk about the also great financing salesman TOM 1st what company do you know that offers 6 different ways of financing AMAZING you don’t find that often in no furniture shops go see TOM YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED AT ALL.. and last but certainly not least Delon the store manager also welcoming helpful informative patient and he offers great sparkling waters lol Over all this place is amazing 10 outa 10 I highly recommend go shop and see all three of my guys I’ll definitely be back soon for...
