Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Southfield

Not happy with service at all AT THIS STORE!!!! My Dad who is over 80 yrs old went in today because his Motorola phone went dark and wouldn't come on. The person behind the counter said he couldn't get it to come on and sold him a another phone for $100 which he agreed he wanted a flip phone "HotPepper Tabasco". We tried to add contacts to the phone with no success, tried to goggle and they only gave basic instructions with no detail. When he came home I turned the original phone on with a reset and it came on.

We took the phone back to the store and I said to the guy that his phone is now working and I didn't understand why he couldn't get it on and sold him that cheap phone that only do the basic. NOT ASKING FOR A REFUND! I told him I wanted 3 things: 1) Instructions on how to add contacts 2) Change all his contacts over from the old phone and 3) Switch the service back to the old phone and he would have it as a backup. NEVER cursing at him. He said he doesn't know why I came in with an attitude messing up his day and he only sold him what he asked for. We went back and forth and I finally said twice I was done and he continued to say he had lots more to say and begin cursing and yelling in front of 2 other customers and told me to get out of the store, which I was happy to do. He continued to show his poor customer service upsetting my Dad with his bad language. Not sure why he can't have a conversation without acting like he's out in the streets.😒 VERY POOR CUSTOMER...

A bit dark of a store. and what is up with this strip mall. Perhaps it is because it is in the middle of 12 mile and not near and intersection, but the activity in and around the mall is loaded with seedy looking people...
