I'm not one to write reviews but this one is truly warranted. I would give zero stars if I could. Truly the worst medical experience I've ever had.
On my first visit the staff were extremely unprofessional. The nurse who I met with kept leaving the room while I was speaking without warning, wrote down my vitals and medical history on a sticky note - nothing was recorded. It was bizarre.
The doctor I saw had HORRIBLE bedside manner, mocking my condition/laughing about me to his nurse while he was doing my exam. Again, bizarre.
He did order an MRI after that visit but the office failed to have it authorized by insurance, so when I showed up to the MRI appointment, weeks later, I was turned away. I tried calling the office to get it sorted out, and was transferred to lines that went no where or to voicemail. When I FINALLY spoke with someone at the office they said the nurse was on lunchbreak and couldn't help. I was shocked with how poorly they handled this delicate situation. And when I spoke with my insurance company, they said the doctor/office never submitted for authorization. They completely dropped the ball.
I have never been to an office who seemed so uncaring of their patients, so unorganized and filled with so many poor communicators. Such a nightmare experience... read these reviews and take them seriously, and don't make the same...
Read moreIf only Dr. Kliethermes would move offices, or get some competent staff. He’s absolutely amazing, but this facility is a joke. They don’t answer the phones to schedule surgeries, yet when you go in all the staff is ever doing is sitting on their cell phones and eating/talking with each other. I was also told I would be getting an ultrasound at my appointment today (first pregnancy) so we took off of work, and then all they did was a urinalysis/draw blood and book me for one in two more weeks. How disappointing. Especially after dealing with stage 4 endometriosis and struggling with infertility for years.. we are anxious and would like to see our baby and know that everything is okay. Instead we get no reassurance, and are treated rudely by the staff. If you don’t have any compassion for others, you probably shouldn’t work in health care. Moral of the story here, if you need surgery I still recommend dr K. But be prepared for a lot of stress brought on by the rest of his team, and I’d recommend going elsewhere for...
Read morePlease go literally anywhere else for your OBGYN needs. Dr. Kaur was my OBGYN (effective today, I will never return to this facility, although her nurse is wonderful, which is unfortunate) and did not take my concerns seriously, despite the fact that my LIFE is at stake. Shame on her; a woman doctor shilling out false information to her patients and being flippant about initiating helpful treatments. What a disgrace to the...
