   Read moreThe store manager was a nice guy. We purchased two chairs and a small table on 5-24 that would be shipped from the manufacturer. On 5-29, we decided to buy two more chairs directly from the manufacturer online. On 6-9, we received the two chairs we purchased ourselves online, but no word on those we purchased from the store though we were told they would ship by 6-2. We now have tracking info that tells us our store purchase will arrive on 6-14 (5 days after we received the set we bought straight from the manufacturer online ourselves (on 5-29). Bottom line, if the store carries no inventory and it’s the same price with quicker delivery to purchase online, and purchasing yourself doesn’t require you to call the store and repeat your story on multiple occasions just to get a tracking number for delivery on the items they sold you, there isn’t much value in going to the store.

   Read morePurchase process is easy, but they’re no where to be found after sale. Never respond to emails or calls about repair issues. This makes even the extended warranty you can buy absolutely worthless. And let’s be honest, who wants to call every other year to fix their furniture?
We purchased their “top tier” products and they haven’t stood the test of time (only in 3rd season) and they just never respond for service requests.
The umbrella is the worst. Constantly broken. 2nd umbrella and they never assemble it correctly. Starts falling apart within a week of assembly.
