I call Friday to order a large graduation(theme color black and red) cake for my niece , to be pick up sat morning as soon as they open. Sat morning I show up at 1 and the young lady brought out a small tiny cake and it wasn’t even my theme or color. When I confronted her she said that the lady before me had pickup my cake 10min before me. And she even mentioned the name on the cake wasn’t correct. The cashier even took the cake to the back room and correct the name for her. If your name wasn’t on the cake is obviously not your cake. But the young cashier wasn’t experienced enough to recognize that. So I was left to have no cake for the graduation party. I order cake from ice cream place all the time before and the previous owner was so sweet and organized. This new owner is not. We love this place!!!! After moving to the area 6 months ago, we have tried all the ice cream shops from Grapevine to Roanoake to Heritage. This place has the absolute best flavors. The ice cream is creamier than most places and the flavors include Moose Tracks, Superman, Cinnamon, Butter Pecan (with entire pecan halves), and a bananna pie flavor that is one of a kind. I have been as many as 4 times in a single week to this place. Their location is not easy to see from the road, but it is worth looking for. Also since this is not a chain, it is ran by the owner who serves you, so the place is always very, very clean and the hospitality...
