Starbucks — Restaurant in Southlake

Although I have frequented this Starbucks for a number of years, I have not been compelled to pen a review of the specific location at Southlake Blvd. and Davis Blvd. until now. In particular, I would like to call out the excellent customer service provided by Naiha. For some time, I have used Starbucks' Espresso Dark Roast to make perfect iced lattes at home. Yesterday, when I visited this store to purchase a bag of these beans, Naiha did her best to locate one, but the store was out of this product. Instead, she determined that a Sumatra blend could be subbed and went above and beyond when she prepared a complimentary coffee sample with the Sumatra blend for me to try before I purchased this product to guard against my purchase of the item to possibly later find out it didn't suit my taste. Camille is one of those real ones, rare people was so much kindness. She helped me customize drinks, and when she exited her arm, asking me if I wanted this Venti, passion, tea, complementary I felt my face and asked her if she was serious it’s not every day you get a free Venti Starbucks drink she laughs and said yes because we’ll just throw it out, I grabbed it from her saying I did not deserve this. It’s small interactions like this that mean a lot to me. I may not ever get a free Venti passion tea again so I’m enjoying this moment. She went out of her way and went beyond to help me with a couple drink orders. I wanted to tip her, but I didn’t have my credit card. I’m not normally one to write reviews, but this is the 3rd day in a row that this Starbucks has messed up my order. The first time wasn’t a big deal but it kept happening again and again. I’m very thorough about my order so I’m not sure if the Starbucks employees are just too lazy or something.. it’s a pretty simple order too. The first time, my order tasted like straight up water and the ice was pretty much all melted when I got the drink. The second 2 times, I ordered my drink with heavy whipping cream and received normal cream in my drink... not realizing until after I pulled away. It’s very frustrating not getting what you pay for and not everyone has time to go back inside to have them fix a drink when it should’ve been made right the first time.
