Iâve had multiple negative interactions with an employee named Amanda at this location. I rarely even come here anymore because of how poorly this store treats both customers and employees. She is rude, condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
Itâs shocking she still works here. She acts like she owns the place yet doesnât even understand HomeGoodsâ own policies. This isnât the first time Iâve dealt with her attitude, and it makes the whole store feel poorly managed.
