Very disappointed with this location and its staff. Our family finally had a free Friday and came by Old Navy after dinner. We got there around 7:30 and got everyone’s clothes picked out. The whole time we were there you could hear different staff members walking around seemingly annoyed and saying that they just wanted to go home. I get it.. I’ve had late night jobs myself, but I do t know that was something I ever said in front of customers. Anyways, it was 8:42 and we went to go try on our clothes to make final selections and leave and we’re informed that they decided to go ahead and close the dressing rooms because they close at 9:00. We had about $350-$400 worth of clothes. We asked if we could just try on a couple items to make sure they fit.. no. We asked if we could return them if we just bought them and they didn’t fit.. they said, well yes, but maybe not all of them if they end in certain numbers. We ended up just hanging the clothes back up and leaving. I don’t know if this is a policy or not, but man was it a huge inconvenience and huge...
Read moreNot a good variety of kids clothes and sizes. Also the candy they have at kids eye level is so annoying. My son grabbed a sucker and I thought he broke it so I went to buy it and told her what happened- she couldn’t scan the bar code so had me walk back and find another sucker with my crying baby, come to find out there was only one other sucker left that was also broke and crushed (meaning I don’t think my son actually broke the one I was buying) she couldn’t scan the other sucker so then she scanned M&ms witch rang up as 3.50 which was no way the price of the sucker. I said something and they reduced the price of the sucker to 2.50…. It’s not about the money, but in this case with my baby screaming and the other suckers already being broken, and a huge line behind us it would’ve been better customer service just to tell us not to worry about it or give it to us for a discounted price. I didn’t even want the sucker. It was just...
Read moreI waited in line without moving for 20 minutes today. For a pickup order. Why don’t they have a separate pickup area? I was the 3rd person in line. There were only 2 people at the register, and by the time I finally got up to the register there was a line of maybe 20 people in line. This was in the middle of the way on a week day. I was watching the workers the whole time, and they were moving SO SLOW. Not concerned at all about the 20+ people waiting in line. Not calling another worker up to the register, and not rushing at all. I’m 9 months pregnant so this was not a pleasant experience for me. I with the workers would have acted a little more rushed, seeing how many people...
