Hi this is a shout out to Josh in Spanish Fork Utah. I went into our fairly new Zagg store after waiting in line for help at the T Mobile store for about 20 minutes only to be told that would replace my screen saver for a $10 fee, apparently I bought the Zagg brand from T Mobile originally. So I went to our Zagg store and was told that they were out of the one I needed and it would be a week or two before they'd have them in. Fast forward to today. I walked in, there were two employees behind the counter and it was immediately apparent that one was new and being trained. The new employee was helping me with the assistance of Kade. We determined what screen saver I needed and it was installed while I waited. I noticed a wasp on the window inside the store and took it out while they installed my screen saver. My new screen saver looks great and I know it will help protect my screen because this is the second phone and fifth screen saver I had on my phone. I only wish that I'd been told sooner about the $10 replacement screen saver sooner. Oh well better late than never. I guess it pays to invest in the Zagg screen saver for your phone to have the quality and low replacement fee. Oh I just wanted to mention that even though Kade was training a new employee he maintained his professionalism with me as a customer and he was very professional to the young lady he was training. Read moreWorker told me last time that it was a $12 installation fee and that if I decided to install it myself it would be free. The screen protector bubbled up within 14 days I called they told me I could come get another one for free and they would waive the installation and still install it for me. Well, today I show up ask for a new one and said that I would install it myself because I didnt have time to wait and since he couldn't do it right the first time anyway I decided i'd do it myself. Turns out now he says it's a $12 warranty fee and not an installation fee, called me a liar to my face said he never told me it would be free and said I have to pay the $12 to get it replaced no matter what. It's not a "lifetime warranty" if it can't be replaced for free. Your employees need to learn how to not call customers liars after he is the one who misinformed me the first time. I've been to zagg multiple times before and only ever paid for installation fees considering it's supposed to be a LIFETIME warranty. Recently over a year I moved to Spanish Fork and I been going to the Spanish Fork location for my screen protector needs. I’ve actually spoken to the store manager named Jared, and I had an amazing experience with him! I was just in there today and I had Madeline help me out, with a small issue. I explained it to her and she definitely took care of me, went over and beyond making sure she understood me and took care of me and I appreciate that very much.
