There wasn't a menu posted. The food was ok my daughter & son in law shared the pineapple chicken, shrimp, meal it came inside pineapple. You would think pineapple would come inside as well but the only pineapple was what you could scrape from the sides. We were told it feed 2-3 people easily (they counted 4 shrimp, maybe 5-6 pieces of chicken, it had mostly onion, green pepper and allot of liquid leaking all over off from plate onto counter we sat at the booth type that had counter top & it leaked onto us from the table/ booth i asked for napkins after 5 min trying to get attention. We didn't get any refills on the drinks we bought we paid allot for the pineapple dinner that didn't fill either of us up because there wasn't enough variety of vegetables & hardly any chicken or shrimp that we asked before ordering if it had enough to fill us up and enough meat in it and the waitress told us there would be more than enough. It cost$25.00 for just that meal. Then we bought 2 children's meals one was a cheese enchilada, other was a Casodex one came with fries other had beans both came with a soda pop. I got the bill and I guess I was ready to get out of there because my total was$52.89 when the childrens meals were$3.99×2=$8.00+$25.00+2 drinks for adults$1.99each with NO REFILLS OFFERED AT ALL & CUPS WERE MAYBE 12TO15OZ. CHILDREN'S WERE MAYBE 4-6OZ. 8.00+$25.00+4.00=$37.00+TAX$3.50=$40.50 THAT IS ADDING HIGHER THAN IT WAS ALMOST$53.00-$41.00=12.00 PROBABLY MORE LIKE$13.-$14. OVER CHARGED FOR A LUNCH WE DIDN'T LIKE OR DIDN'T EAT MUCH OF THE WAITRESS WORE A MASK WHICH IS GOOD but with her accent it was really hard to understand her especially with the mask she wore. I'm glad all employees had mask it only made it extremely difficult to understand what she was saying. Then without menu's having her tell us what they had took forever and I'm sure she forgot things & we forgot things she had said so we just took meals because they were recommended by her.THEY also HAD SIGNS ON EVERY OTHER TABLE AND BOOTH SAYING PLEASE DO NOT SIT DUE TO CORANA VIRIS-19 for social distancing except I'm sure the booth was closer than 6 feet[they tried] the counter that soda machine was on you usually could help yourself get drinks napkins condiments utensils etc. There was a sign saying ask for help. The waitress only came out maybe 3or4 times there were only us & one other table. One time we tried getting her attention after she took other table their food but she must have been focused on something else because she didn't hear my son in law almost yell

We really wanted to try the new restaurant in town. So we decided to go tonight and it was one of the worst restaurant experiences I ever had. We waited nearly 2 hours for our food. We thought about leaving many times, but then our waitress would come back telling us it will be right out. She did this four times. I felt bad for her because she seemed very stressed out, very young and on the verge of tears. The management obviously has some issues. When they came out with our chips and salsa the first time, both were half-full. My mom ordered chips and salsa with her meal and we asked for more as well for the table (which cost extra for a second round), and then they suddenly ran out of chips and salsa. Our waitress said, "They will make some more when they have time". We watched the chefs and management walz around like there was all the time in the world. A manager stopped by and asked if we got our food yet. We said no and he said "Sorry" and walked off. Didn't seem rushed or worried at all. They were moving so slow it didn't seem to be concerned or stressed, while all of the waiters were running around. Our waitress told us that the kitchen staff was being slow, even though they told them to hurry up. There was several other people waiting for as long as we did. We are just about to leave when are food finally came. Our food arrived cold. It was obvious it was sitting out for a while. We didn't have utensils and she finally brought out plastic forks. All of the rice was way over salted and the enchiladas were so soggy that no one could finish either of them. They forgot half of my mom's order and at this point she didn't even want it anymore. So she asked them to take it off our order. And she said she would. Then she came back saying that she can't take it off the order and gave it to her anyway (which was soggy and cold). Hardly any of us even touched our food. My tostada came out with hardly anything on it and just the size of one small corn tortilla. It cost 7 dollars. At this point we didn't even care we just wanted to leave so badly. So we just walked up to the cashier instead of waiting for a check. It took them 10 minutes to figure out how to ring us up on the computer. Our waitress said she would give us a discount, but never did. Instead they gave us two free cheesecakes. We paid full price for everything even though we hardly ate anything. They did give us a $5 coupon for the next time we came (like we would ever dream of coming back). We came very hungry and left with a lost appetite. Very bad management and bad food. This will be the last time we ever come here. This $5 coupon went straight...

First off let me say the frozen Horchata is amazing! We decided to give this restaurant a try after another restaurant that we were wanting to go to was closed. Our waitress was very nice, but it must’ve been her first day. Instead of taking our order on a piece of paper and a pencil she had a little device she can’t seem to figure out how to use. After 15 minutes of her trying to take our order one by one and not figuring out the thing she finally got a piece of paper and pencil. My husband ordered a Mountain Dew and she did bring us that, but my sons drink with his kids meal was never brought. I ordered a chilli releno I guess she didn’t hear me and I was never brought that either. We asked for my husband‘s mother burrito to be half green sauce half red sauce. They give him a drive burrito with two small sides of cold sauce for his supposed to be warm smothered burrito with cheese. Our waitress never asked us if we wanted water and never brought us a drink except for the one drink that my husband ordered all of the waters that we said that we wanted we never got. We got to frozen Horchata’s. Put on the menu it said that they come with whipped cream and cinnamon, Are frozen Horchata is came out without whip cream or cinnamon. I asked her if she would go put with cream and cinnamon on them and she did. The frozen Horchata tastes amazing! And the taquitos I got were pretty yummy. The service was horrible! And the food specially my husbands burrito that was supposed to be warm was just not good. We really wanted to like this place!. So if you go, get the frozen Horchata and be prepared to wait for awhile and get your own...

So the service was OK and the ambiance in the restaurant was nice. Unfortunately, neither of those can overcome the quality of the food. I was there with my wife, daughter and grandson as well as my daughter's mother-in-law and sisters-in-law. My daughter's in-laws had eaten here before and liked it, which is why we opted to eat there. The presentation of the food was nice. It actually looked appetizing but when we started eating it, the experience went south pretty quickly. It just honestly tasted bad. It was not good at all. The molcajete was around $35 but it really didn't have $35 worth of food in it. Additionally, they used chicken thighs rather than breasts, which are cheaper, fattier and greasier than white meat. I ate about three bites and wrote the whole thing off. It was just gross and the flavors were way off. Even the salsa tasted wrong. I was told that my kid's mother in law actually complained to the staff about it but I wasn't there for it. I had to go out and reposition car seats for my grandson. I would have sent it all back but my wife didn't want to make a scene. To sum it up, it was awful, no one liked it and none of us will ever eat there again. The most irritating part of this kind of experience is that I had to drive out of my way for it and pay for it

So, I should preface this by saying - we stopped by shortly before closing, and took the food to go. Perhaps dining in might have been better. That said, it's way better to say "sorry, we are out of tamales" than to sell someone this sorry excuse for a tamal. Literally one of the worst tamales I've ever had. I don't know how they've been stored but one edge of the tamale was so dry and hard that it was inedible. And what are these wrappers? Loosely wrapped dry artificial husk? Ew. We also got two champurrados (the main reason we stopped by). One of them tasted great and was nice and hot. The second one tasted bland and wasn't as hot. Clearly they made some but not enough and just added milk to the second one to fill it up. You can visibly see the difference when you look at them, see photo. We poured them both into one big cup to mix them together and re-served, and at that point they tasted ok. Again, I recognize we came by late but if you only have enough to serve one good one, just serve one! I appreciate them trying to accommodate which is why I gave two stars instead of one.

I was excited to try out this new Mexican restaurant in town. I ordered the Cammarones al Patroń (it says served with a mild sauce but it was pretty spicy) Food was delicious and fresh but service was very lacking. It appears to be a family run business and both waitresses were very young. Ours didn't know the menu well and had a hard time typing in our order on their electronic device. My order came out missing ingredients. It took 10 minutes for her to verify that yes it was supposed to come with avocado and bring out some slices (this is after already waiting 30 minutes for our meal) I never did get the fideo soup that was supposed to come with my meal. She didn't keep our drinks full and never offered boxes for the leftovers. We came on a slow Wednesday afternoon. Hopefully service improves since this is a new business.
