Read moreSeveral items don't have prices on them. Tried to buy them and wasn't allowed to. (The sales lady was rude when I offered a price in comparison to another similar item!!) Things that didn't match were sold in sets so you couldn't buy one. (They weren't priced either) I had several items to purchase on the counter and spent an hour looking around. When my friend and I asked to use a restroom, we were told it wasn't for public use and that their plumbing wasn't good. So I mentioned that I was purchasing around $150 and we really needed to use the restroom after walking through the entire large store, and was refused!!!!!! Ummmm we walked out. (P. S. We were all dressed up in long dresses too. We were having a girls day and going to the Reno Fashion Show later. Not like we were filthy or something!!! The No-Public restroom applies to all customers in their store too!! Even if you're spending money on their products!!) Horrible customer service!!!!!! I'd give it a huge ZERO STARS if I could. Ruined the beginning of our girls day, that we were so excited about. They could've been nicer. (And btw the man who refused the restroom said to go back to the parking lot and ask the attendant there to use that one - a...
Read moreMy husband and I stopped into this store today looking for Xmas gifts for my step daughter. I was immediately ordered by an employee to leave my to go cup of coffee on the counter at the front. I asked her if I could just throw it away and she thrust a garbage can at me to throw it away. I was put off by her negative attitude, but we continued to look around anyway. The same woman followed us around the store and asked us rudely several times if we needed something. We replied several times that we were just looking. Literally anything we touched, she was asking us if we needed help, each time addressing us as though we were nuisance children (she clearly thought we were stealing). My husband is 52, I'm 41, and we've been shopping at Antique Treasures for the last ten years. We have likely spent hundreds of dollars in the store over the years. We have never been treated this way before, (the owners were always friendly as can be) but I can guarantee anyone reading this, after today we will not spend a penny in this store again. There are other antique...
