b3 cafe — Restaurant in Sparta

This is a unique place for our community. The staff member I spoke with while ordering was friendly and shared a lot about this space and what it has to offer. I originally stopped in because I saw on Facebook they'll be hosting a Stretch & Sip event soon and I wanted to get a feel for the space. I would come back when it isn't raining to experience the back yard area as it sounds like they've worked hard to make it a great space. It is also attached to their micro hotel, so it would be a convenient place to stay for visiting family or if you are new to the area and passing through. I ordered a dark mocha, muffin, and spicy sausage breakfast sandwich. The muffin comes from a local bakery - love to see business supporting other businesses. The breakfast sandwich was good, just know it is heat & serve. If you are looking for home cooking there are other places in town who would give you that. My mocha is excellent. I would come back here for a coffee. I planned to stay a while and work, but I was disappointed to see my breakfast sandwich wrapped up in paper and my muffin wrapped in cling wrap to be delivered to my table without a plate. I think diningware would elevate the cafe experience. Overall, this is a nice cafe. I'm glad to see more life coming to the downtown area...

A True Hidden Gem This place is an absolute hidden gem. Every detail—from the décor to the outdoor space—has been thoughtfully curated. The atmosphere is playful and inviting, both inside and out.

We enjoyed some of the best coffee I’ve ever had while relaxing in their charming outdoor dining area. The baked goods were simply incredible—fresh, flavorful, and impossible to resist.

Checked this new coffee spot out last week and was pleasantly surprised at what this space has available. Not only was the coffee top notch but the venue has plenty of seating and a lot of activities .

The rear outdoor space overlooks the creek near downtown Sparta . The venue itself sits very close to downtown without being right in it . Definitely recommend...
