Black Hills Pure Water Inc — Local services in Spearfish

The water is great…if it ever shows up. Their delivery trucks consistently break down and we have been ‘forgotten’ multiple times in a row. We had to call two different times to get water 4 days late. They are a local company, but their service is terrible. Update: Left a message and called various times, they never called back. Finally got through to someone who wasn’t a random clueless teenager — The excuse was that ‘their truck broke down AND they ran out of water’ so we are getting our delivery a week late. Thanks for telling us! Everyone else within a mile of us got their water. I smell BS. Don’t waste your time or money. Oooh...
