First off.. 10 starts to Leila the lab and her owner (idk his name) .. he is a very nice and helpful worker.

However The other kid who works there is rude, talks on the phone most times we come in, and is not helpful. He seems annoyed everytime my boyfriend and I have asked for assistance. During one of our recent visits he yelled at a woman who was behind the counter with him (whom we assumed may be his mom/or an employee) to "get out of his face" while she was trying to assist him when he spilled kratom. It was very uncomfortable. We try to avoid going in while the second kid is working because he doesn't make it a welcoming environment and the way he treated the woman Was extremely off putting and saddening, especially to do so in front of multiple customers.. I'm am regretful to say that this most recent interaction has made us reluctant to return. although it's a nice store, this employees behavior and attitude every time he's there is creating a negative...

Amazing place. Working road construction right outside their shop. Gave ‘em a call seeing if they had Breeze’s and the kind clerk replied they do. They even cam outside to take my ID and debit card when I couldn’t take a break to go in myself AND brought the products outside to me....

Visited both stores and found that they both have fantastic staff, knowledge and service which is out of this world. Everyone that came in was treated like a friend and really given 5-star service. Thanks for bring back customer service to the right...
