This incident happened about 8 months ago. If you want a warranty on your battery make sure you keep your receipt. Napa does not store any information about your purchases online or in store. So any warranty is nulled without a receipt. My battery wasn't warranties because I didn't have receipt. My pads and rotors which have a lifetime warranty are not covered at another store because I don't have a receipt. Their competitors keep track of purchases this needs to change.
