Believe Bride | Believe Prom — Local services in Spokane Valley

Believe Bride has been incredible every step of the way so far! I was introduced to them at the Spokane Bridal Fair in January, where I made an appointment on a whim! I got to spin their wheel of prizes and won a $200 gift card!

The winter was so busy for me and I ended up needing to shift my appointment, and they were so accommodating! We found a date later in the summer that worked for me and I ended up just going in with my mom. Before the appointment, the team called me and asked questions about my engagement and fiancé and made me feel super comfortable and prepared for the appointment.

When we arrived, we were greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism! They gave us water and offered coffee and tea, and sat us in a beautiful room with comfy seating and a gorgeous stage.

They also presented me with a little gift! A picture of my fiancé and I, and a surprise note written by him! The perfect thing to help me feel comfortable and excited.

My stylist, Meagan, introduced herself and we got started! She did such a fantastic job of hyping me up, finding dresses that worked with my style and body type, and listening to my wants/desires while also pushing me out of my comfort zone in the BEST way. Meagan had the best ideas, tips and tricks, and you could just tell how experienced she was. I was especially appreciative of how encouraging she was of me to follow my gut and choose what made me most comfortable. Meagan was so sweet to both my mom and I, and it was all in all a great experience. I ended up finding a dress I really liked, but I wasn’t quite ready to say “yes”. Meagan made sure to keep notes of my likes and dislikes, and I was able to make a second appointment just a month later.

This second appointment was even better than the first! I booked an upgraded appointment for 8 guests which included non-alcoholic bubbly and another special gift. This time around, I brought all my bridesmaids, future mother-in law, and my mom! They made sure Meagan was my stylist for the appointment again, and it was so much fun to introduce her to all my people! I felt so supported to have someone I already knew helping me make such an important choice.

I tried on several new dresses along with the original one I loved, and with a few modification ideas (Meagan suggested we do a strap change between ceremony and reception, which I loved!!), I ended up saying YES to my wedding dress. Meagan helped make the celebrating part of the appointment so much fun. We took photos, signed their shop wedding dress, and gave lots of hugs.

Meagan walked us through the purchasing and shipping process, and gave us a list of recommended shops for alterations. The dress was below budget and we used my $200 gift card with no hassle! She made the whole process smooth and low stress.

This was the second place I stopped after going to Honest in Ivory a few hours before and I am so glad I came here. I left honest in Ivory not feeling super confident with any of the dresses…. I mainly just didnt feel excited to open the bag on my wedding day and put on the dress I chose, it was missing something…. and I felt disappointed and maybe a little guilty if I chose that dress it wasn’t exactly what I wanted and these dresses are a good chunk of change. I know I would have buyers guilt. My SIL made the appointment at Believe Bridal the day before and they were able to accommodate us which is amazing! I am SO happy I came here because i found the one i am Excited to wear! Alexa helped and she found me some dresses that were similar to what i picked at the previous store but also different just to try and i am SO happy she did! The dress I bought is nothing at all what I thought I would wear but it’s PERFECT! I am SO excited to pick up my dress and wear it on my wedding day I could not shut up about the dress to my mom and even a few days after! It’s a dress that is me and I feel confident in I think it’s making me even more excited for my wedding day! Alexa pulled so many dresses for me, listened to my concerns and explained to me how to alter/what to do and troubleshoot. She was very fun, no pressure, nice and easy to work with. We came back the next day to sign papers as we didn’t leave purchasing anything (slightly more than I wanted to spend) but 10 minutes down the road i knew i would be guilty not buying it! So we were able to pay over the phone and stopped by the next day to sign some papers and the girls were so nice. A great experience I am so happy the whole team was amazing. Even when the employees would walk past where I was trying on dresses they always complimented and make you feel stunning. I honestly thought I would buy just a whatever cheaper dress online and have a dress change but I am so happy I am not skipping out this dress is everything and needless to say i will not be doing a dress change lol, too amazing now to wear all night! I went dress shopping back in February of this year and this was my very first time ever doing anything like this. At the time, Darlene was my stylist and immediately treated me like I was essentially her own daughter. She sat me down and made sure to get every single detail, interviewing my MOH and mother who attended to get their opinions on my style preference as well. Even though I never dreamed of donning an elegant silk number with a flowing train, Darlene made sure I knew how beautiful I looked even when my MOH and own mother were trying to talk me out of it. Darlene saw how upset I was at their reactions and immediately pulled me into the dressing room with such professionalism that my mother still doesn’t know what happened. Darlene embraced me and told me to forget them because she knew this dress was mine and mine alone. Fast forward to July and I was paired with the amazing Alexa for an accessories appointment. She made sure I felt comfortable and picked all the right accessories to amplify the experience I had previously with Darlene. Alexa took such care with me and made me feel like I was chatting with my own sister on a casual day. She made me feel absolutely beautiful with her careful selections of veils, garters, and exquisite pearl belt with sparkly accents. They truly are the best in Spokane, and they have all of the necessary traits to back it up.
