The employee working there was absolutely amazing, he knew exactly what he was talking about and suggested other better options that were the same flavors that I wanted but he only did that because if I would have done what I wanted to do the drink would have not been a blended drink it would have turned into a water-based drink basically. His name is Garen. Everyone in that Starbucks knows exactly what they are talking about but he made it a wonderful experience for me. And I am glad that I went to this Starbucks, because normally I go to the Starbucks in Post Falls Idaho. I do go to school up here at Carrington College so I definitely will be coming back to this Starbucks every day that I have school in class which is 2 days a week. I go to school full-time but the rest of it is online. Anyways, I just wanted to let you guys know how great of an employee he was and how it was such a great experience with everyone there I heard them all talking to each other and they were all genuine and nice and that was speaking to each other not even employees so that meant the world to me. Read moreI went to starbucks early in the morning, i ordered a grande iced white chocolate mocha with half pumps of each, extra carmel drizzle, and sweet cream cold foam. “Kenzie” was rude from the moment i ordered, another gal made the coffee, i paid 8.00 for one drink which is fine it its done correctly. They hardly put any carmel drizzle when i paid for extra and the drink tasted gross like the espresso shots were burnt. I kindly reminded “kenzie” that i ordered extra carmel drizzle and my drink did not look or taste right. She offered to put the carmel in a cup on the side... uhm thats not what i paid 8.00 for. I kindly asked for my drink to he remade and kenzie gave me nothing but attitude, i could tell she was angry and was having a hard to containing it with her expressions and words. I juat explained i want my drink done right it im paying for it. The whole time my drink was being made i could hear “kenzie” talking to her co worker who was making the coffee made a slick comment about “ she wants all the carmel all over” noo you illiterate person I want what i paid for. Read moreI hardly ever write a negative review, I like to give grace, especially during these times, but I’ve had extremely slow service at this Starbucks on numerous occasions. I live around the corner from this store so I like the convenience, but it’s not worth it anymore. This last Saturday was the final straw. It was a busy morning, we went into the store, thinking it would be quicker, but after waiting 15 minutes and our drinks weren’t even started, we left. There were 6-7 employees in the store, but the best I could tell, there were only 3 making drinks.
