This company has the highest quality clothing The 2000 day story. Okay, I'm telling a story about their underwear. Not the most glamorous article of body covering, you'd think. And I must preface this story about a neurodivergent young man. We live in a ranch, so it's not like he's soft or anything, but he does have sensory issues. Clothing hurts his skin. Throughout his life, he just avoided underwear. You know, no big deal. Commando. Which is fine, but some sports aren't as much fun when some items aren't securely packaged. Well, the underwear is pretty pricey if you just imagine they're never going to be worn. So, 5 years ago, we bought a pair that was on sale because they had seasonal graphics. You know, the beaver with a Santa hat. The young man put those ballroom underwear on. And (this is the part of the story that makes you question the author. But you need to walk in someone's pants before you judge, deal?) So he puts these underwear on. And wears them every single day for at least 5 years. Yes, they were washed, sometimes. More often as he wanted to smell better in his early 20s. He wrote these a a late teen, into his early 20s! Okay. I tell this story because, not only is this an indication that the fabric and fit is just right. But more importantly, the quality of craftsmanship in material and design allowed that pair of underwear to survive almost 2000 days of use! I'm not adding photos to this post. You're just going to have to trust that the story is too honest...
Read moreSo yeah, it's a bit pricey, but the quality and customer care, make it worth it. This was my first full experience with Duluth Trading, it's been in the store but never purchased. I traded in some clothes I received for Christmas that didn't fit, that was super easy and as expected the refund was on a gift card. As I shoped around the staff made themselves available to answer any questions I had. I found an extremely comfy zip up hoody, a long sleeve shirt, and some AMAZING smelling THICK body wash. I checked out in no time flat and was out. The store is clean, well organized (a bit tight in the aisle), all the staff were wearing masks, and extremely friendly. I do have a couple of recommendations : Make a sample smelling section of all the soaps, candles, body wash etc. The sign states no opening of products. Which is valid, but how do I know if it's what I want? Make it easier to find the combination sets for said sents,as well as maybe a menu made by employees of different scents that complement each other. (just a thought) The aisles are super tight, I felt a bit claustrophobic and doing my best to dodge running into others (social distancing is still a thing)
The quality of your customer service and workmanship saved this...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Duluth Trading Company for years now, and I can confidently say they’ve earned every bit of their stellar reputation. From their rugged, high-quality clothing to their top-notch customer service, Duluth consistently goes above and beyond. Their workwear—like the Fire Hose pants and Longtail T-shirts—is built to last, with thoughtful design details that make a real difference, like extra room in the shoulders and durable fabrics that hold up through tough jobs. I’ve put their gear through the wringer—construction sites, yard work, you name it—and it still looks and performs like new. What really sets Duluth apart, though, is how they blend practicality with personality. The playful ads and quirky product names (Buck Naked Underwear, anyone?) show they don’t take themselves too seriously, yet the quality proves they’re dead serious about delivering value. Shipping is fast, returns are a breeze, and their staff is always friendly and helpful—whether I’m ordering online or popping into a store. Duluth Trading Company isn’t just a brand; it’s a promise of reliability, comfort, and a little fun along the way. If you’re looking for gear that works as hard as you do, look no further. Five...
