My husband and I recently tried Killer burger for the first time. What we got - the Peanut butter bacon burger and the Meathead both with fries and soda. Make sure you grab napkins because it’s going to get messy! I had the peanut butter bacon burger it was savory, greasy and delicious i should have let it drip over my fries before eating because i dribbled some grease on my sweater! The particular day we were there their ice machine seemed to be struggling so we only got about 4 pieces of nugget ice each! If you are a small eater and get full fast save yourself the room and split a fry - we ended up taking home so many fries our dogs were so happy to see us when we let them out. My husband enjoyed his burger - he did ask for no onions and they still put them on but he ate it anyway! A few small things dont distract from the food being hot and tasty!

TL:DR I had a previous review here and will address it, but this place is and was worth another shot. Great portions for the price and fantastic food. Previously I had reviewed this place on their opening having been to both that and the pre-opening. I had some choice words for choices they made on the food, and how at the time we had complaints about having hair in our food. Since then a lot seems to of changed as all my complaints have been addressed. The service was good as ever, decor quite sparse but the arcade machines were cool. Our food however was perfectly done, and unlike prior visits all three sandwiches came out perfectly with just the right amount of everything. The fries were fantastic, the meat was fantastic, the burger went above and beyond. We recommend the PBPB and the Bender for sure. Will probably come back sooner than later.

Great customer service, food was hot and fresh. I speak for the family when I was saying it was very filling and we had a gard time finishing our food. The atmosphere was nice. They had the football games inside and a great selection of music playing. They have 3 old school arcade games in which was pretty cool. However, if you want to play Mrs.Pacman, you may not be able to due to the table close to that game . It will be crammed in space. Food was great and they serve beer at this location. I think the place was a bit hyped. The only downfall is that they have not her side than fries and no ice cream . Burgers are the only option here. Variety of other choices for sides or a sweets option would've been nice. Besides that food was tasty 😋 I had the Jose burger with Sweet Tea.

Killer Burger Spokane Valley: A Truly Disappointing Experience I recently had the misfortune of visiting Killer Burger in Spokane Valley, and I'm still reeling from how terrible the experience was. The "Meathead" burger was, without a doubt, the most disgusting burger I've ever had in my life. The bun was completely saturated with their house sauce, turning it into a soggy, spongy mess that completely overpowered any other flavor. The sauce itself tasted like nothing but pure pickle juice, with absolutely no other discernible flavors. It was so wet and soupy that I couldn't even hold the burger without it falling apart. A Disgrace to the Culinary Arts The patty itself was a grotesque sight—raw and red, not the pleasant medium-rare that a good burger should be. How a restaurant, especially one that prides itself on burgers, could let something so undercooked and visually unappealing leave the kitchen is beyond me. The level of care and pride in their food seems to be nonexistent. As someone who appreciates good food and knows what it takes to run a restaurant, this lack of quality control is frankly insulting. If you're not going to serve the best-tasting and best-looking food possible, you shouldn't be in the hospitality business. This was not just a mistake; it was a complete failure to meet even the most basic standards of food preparation. An Insult to My Wallet To add insult to injury, the cost was outrageous. Paying $80 for two burgers and two kids' meals for such a pathetic excuse for a meal is an absolute robbery. The food was so unappetizing that I ended up giving it to my dog, and even she, a notoriously non-picky eater, refused to touch it because of the overwhelming pickle taste. Killer Burger is an ironically perfect name, because after eating this, it will definitely kill any desire you might have for another burger. Save your money and your appetite, and go somewhere that actually cares about the...

I ordered online from this place and went through there drive through to pick up the order. When I got there I told the girl at the window my name and she came back and read off my order (2 burger meals, and a chicken strip meal) the lady reached her arm in the bag and felt around and said “yup, 3 boxes!” And handed me the bag.. a bag that only and very CLEARLY had 2 boxes. She closed the window so fast and walked everywhere to avoid me still waiting at the window. I then took the hint that she didn’t want to do her job, so I pulled my car around and went inside. I politely asked the young man at the front desk if they could fix my order and he said 7 mins. I take a seat and wait, and after about 15 mins of waiting I get up to ask if my order was finished or how much longer I’d have to wait, and he says “oh it came up a while ago.. I just didn’t know where you went” (I was sitting on the bench in the lobby literally right across from the cashiers desk. How did you not see me? But whatever I then get all the way home to finally unbox a takeout box that literally just had 3 tiny lonely little chicken strips in a box. No fries, no sauce.. 3 chicken strips. When I ordered a meal. The burgers (motley crew and classic were the only ones we ordered so I can’t say anything on the other burgers) over all, for the price they’re sold at, are most definitely not worth it. The pattys are dry, the fries are over salted, and you can tell whoever is cooking doesn’t really have a background in it. I would not...

I’ve been ordering from Killer Burger almost every week for family gatherings. It’s been a tradition of ours to pick up food from there, but after my recent experience, I don’t think I’ll be going back. During my last visit, I spoke with an employee named Makayla, and I was extremely disappointed with her attitude. While speaking to my children about how pricey the food has become (it’s no secret that this place is on the expensive side), she made a sarcastic comment, saying, “Well, maybe you shouldn’t order here if it’s too ‘pricey.’” I was taken back but decided to let it go, not wanting to make a scene in front of my kids. However, the behavior didn’t stop there. Every time I said something, she mumbled under her breath, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, my order came out wrong. While I understand mistakes happen and it might not have been her fault as she’s not the cook, when I politely asked if it could be corrected, she told me, “Well, it’s almost closing time, so we can’t really change it.” I was appalled. After weeks of patronizing this restaurant, to be treated like this is unacceptable. All I wanted was a simple burger, and instead, I received poor service, an incorrect order, and unnecessary attitude. I can’t justify coming back here after...
