Uncle Sam's Flag & Gift — Local services in Spokane Valley

I visited Uncle Sam’s a couple of years ago and was impressed with the huge inventory Lance and his staff maintained. I am a Air Force Vet who was assigned to the Strategic Air Command and purchased a USAF, SAC and a KC 135 commemorative coin. I wanted to also purchase a B 52 Bomber coin but Lance told me he didn’t have any in stock, but would order one through his supplier and would call me when it arrived. A few months later, I was transferred from Spokane to Billings, MT and never heard from Lance.

In June of 2021, I took a vacation back to Spokane to visit friends. One of my first stops in Spokane was to Uncle Sam’s and talked to Lance about the B 52 coin and Lance told me that he attempted to order the coin, but it never arrived. He further told me that he would attempt to order the coin again, but advised me it could take some time because his supplier wasn’t always that fast on completing orders. Lance said he would order the coin and when he received it, he would send it to me in Billings with the bill to pay him for it. I left Spokane feeling Lance was doing his best on getting me the coin, but it’s now been over six months and I still haven’t received nor heard anything about the coin.

While at his business in June, I purchased an American flag for a friend in Billings and also obtained purchase information on a flag pole that Lance sells. I gave my friend this information and he purchased the pole he wanted and Lance sent it to him and my friend was pleased with his purchase and fly’s his new flag proudly. So your welcome Lance for me getting you another customer.

I’m only giving three stars due to the massive inventory that Lance carries, but would have given five stars if Lance had kept me (his customer) informed on the status...

Thank you James for the outstanding new flag pole. Our prior flag pole broke and it was time to buy a new one. Our prior 25 foot pole was not purchased at this shop and came from a big box store. I purchased a new 25 foot expandable flagpole from the owner James along with an excellent solar light. The flag pole comes with a warranty and so does the light. The pole has replaceable parts should anything fail in the future. Nice to know I can replace a part and not need to replace the whole pole unlike my previous pole from the big box store. I can also adjust how high I want the pole. If I want to lower the pole and make it shorter I can. The pole is also equipped and designed to hold two flags. I almost always fly two. The fit and finish is absolutely top notch and available in two colors. I will be purchasing a cap to go around the base of the pole later. Another reason I purchased this pole is it is made in the USA. Quality and looks are evident and second to none The light is on top of the pole and so strong it emits light from the top to the ground. Clearly illuminating the flag at night. Better than any other solar light I've had in the past. Worth the money, plus it has a warranty. His shop does not just sell the above, he sells all kinds of items for all first responders, veterans and the general public. From stickers, shirts, jackets, hats, flags, wall art and the coolest customisable metal coffee/drink cups I've ever seen. And much more. We came back and picked up gifts for father-in-law too. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a special gift or an outstanding good...

Every four years we buy 5x8 flag and 21feet of bunting. We mount on our gate. This year when we put the flag up the stars were not centered in the blue. I called and asked about that he said that is the way they are I looked at the 3 old ones hanging in the shop they are all centered and he lied. It was $59.00 four years ago $87.00 now can't take it back put grommets on it to hang then noticed stars. The bunting used to sell buy the yard at $10.00 it would go up .50 a yard each four year, fair. now $6.00 a FOOT at 21 feet do math. When I asked he said it was shipping, $8.90 a yard free shipping amazon I got taken. Thank's Uncle Sam...
