FINER MOMENT IS NOT THE WAY TO GO WHEN LOOKONG FOR A POSITIVE PROM EXPERINCE. I have NO WORDS to describe what a HORRIFIC expensive ive had at this finer moment store. My shopping experience itself was UNCOMFORTABLE because they lack a slection for dress sizes 12 and up, and the associates seemed to be focoused on smaller girls anyways. I ignored it. However my mom has a low budget and I found a 500$ dress. She asked the older woman with short grey hair to set up payment options, and automatically the woman seemed annoyed and very rude when my mom asked questions. She was very unwilling to explain how things worked along these lines, my mom had to pry information from her. Simmialr to other reviews, as soon as we said we cant pay all at once we were treated like GARBAGE!!!! The dress itself was missing some jewls and when my mom asked if it was fixable the woman sighed and said "we will fix it.". Awesome. By the 3rd out of 4 payments my mom asked to see the dress and if the jewls got fixed, they had'nt been fixed at all. My mom asked again if they can do it and their response was again, annoyance and pure hostility, "we will fix it." Before I took it home yesterday I retried it on in store while the woman stood over my shoulder impatiently. We checked it as best we could for any faults, while the woman waited with a pissed off look. We paid and they put it in an average garment bag. $500 cant even get us a zip up bag? When we got home with a $500 dress, the seam was ripping and 2 jewls still were missing. THEY DIDNT FIX ANYTHING AND LET US PAY FOR A DAMAGED DRESS. The alterations shops they refered us to would take 2 or 3 weeks (we wernt even informed they didnt do alterations in store). Prom is this saturday and I wouldnt have a dress if it wasnt for my GRANDFATHER being able to do the work they promised i.e. fixing the jewls, hemming, making the alterations, ect. The dress is beautiful and I will not let this ruin my prom. BUT! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND NEITHER WILL MY SISTERS, FAMILY OR KIDS due to the complete and utter DISRESPECT and RUDENESS I experinced. I will never recomend...

When i was getting married, i found the most cutest dresses for my bridesmaids online, and one of the places in spokane that sold their company was bolero jacket for me. So the time comes to pick these things up, and this is one month before the wedding. The bridesmaids dresses come, and they are huge on the girls, since the staff was in charge of measuring the girls, i felt that they should have reordered, but the ladies were being really rude about it, saying they can't do anything about it, and if i want, i can buy new dresses for the girls. So, having bought these super expensive dresses, I had to go get them altered. Plus when i asked for he manager to call, she never did. That though was not the worst part. My bolero jacket came, and it was completely the wrong one! And this is two weeks before the wedding, because for some reason the jacket came in late. You need to set your expectation before going in to this store. You get what you pay for so if you are thinking of paying cheap for an outstanding dress, this place is not for you. Yes, this place requires an appointment to get it but I book my appointment an hour prior to my desired time, they were able to accommodate my preferred time which was at 5pm. Most places closes at that time but they decided to stay and catered to my need since I need my dress within 24 hour. As soon as we(husband and toddler) they asked us right away on what we need and for what occasion. They let us look around and directed us to the right place to look at sizing. They gave us the time and space we needed to explore the options. Once I have tried few pieces, they had an even better understanding on what design I had in mind. They were also very patient with my toddler rolling around the floor. They made me feel really special trying on those beautiful dresses.
