Drive-thru. NO ONE ELSE before or after I left WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU. Nor was there anyone in the lobby either. I had ordered curly fries with my meal. He gave me regular fries. He offered to give me the curly ones, but said it would take a few minutes. I said that's too much to eat and I didn't want to waste them. He said no no it's no trouble. I said if you're going to insist then just make it a small size. He said I got you, I got you. Then he comes back from around the corner with a medium size curly fries. I thanked him and left. I started to munch on the regular fries and I noticed after getting a couple of really old ones I thought I would try the curly fries since I was told that they were going to be "fresh". I ate a few and discovered there were some really crunchy old ones in there with some cold soft ones mixed in. Yuck! What pisses me off the most is that these weren't just hard and crunchy, these were literally rock hard! I thought I broke a tooth! Not a single one of these fries, curly or regular, was "fresh". *Side note: I've worked in fast food before. This wasn't just old fries. These fries were the ones that get pushed to the side of the fry bin and sit there all day long! Burger I ordered an ultimate with no ketchup. Guess what? It wasn't good either. The top bun was ripped almost completely in half. The patty was cold and all along the outside edge of it was so crunchy hard and dry I couldn't chew it at all! Read moreNever in in my life have I had an experience with a more unprofessional staff member. We came through the drive thru yesterday(6/4/21) around 930 pm and ordered our food. Our order consisted of two meals and a side order of fries. We get to the window and sit there for 25 minutes with no updates, all while watching the drive thru worker play and talk on his personal cell phone. Then before even giving us our drinks he tells us we need to pull forward. When asked why we're being pulled forward when we had already waited 25 minutes while he was playing on his phone he replied "its none of your business what I'm doing, if you want to make things complicated I'll just refund you and you can go somewhere else". We took the refund and headed to another restaurant. After driving away we called business phone number to try and advise someone of what happened. The phone rang for a while to eventually get picked up by a man who was short and rude. When asked for the manager on duty he stated he was the manager. We proceeded to inform him of what went on at the drive thru for him to reply that it was he was the man working on drive thru, and that "its your f**king fault you made things complicated" and then said not to call back and hung up the phone. We also realized after the fact that he charged us for 32 dollars originally but only refunded us 26 dollars and REFUSED to give us a copy of the refund receipt saying it was against store policy.

Ok so go and grab a fork and syrup (I know right) No need to call and complain it's just a hashbrown .... Right? Plus super hungry at this point.. not knowing that the hashbrown would become least of my worries. Well looks like I lost my appetite as I watch my boyfriend pull a long strand of hair from his mouth... Wait a min might be mine (we known how it goes with having long hair) Well I was wrong.. it was a dark brown/black strand which would make it impossible to be mine since mine is pink and purple. Looks like I'm calling... Ask to speak to a manager (Rebecca) As I go on to tell her about the hair and the hashbrown for her to let me know I didn't order the combo.. I'm Kay how'd I get the soda? Not even mentioning the hair we found in the platter! 😲 This went on for a min for her to just hang up on me. But was able to get her managers name well the one she gave me. Not sure how customer service got so bad and finding hair in food just became a normal thing. I guess I should of known since they don't wear hair nets... And now I'm questioning if they even wear gloves.. Still in disbelief of how she handled a customer complaint and the fact that hanging up won't change anything ... Just hoping she is still in training and is working on that cause at this point it might be best for her to find a different career choice. Won't be going back to this location...
