Chinese made wedding dresses - look at the label: I purchased a wedding dress from Brides on a Budget on Feb 27th 2023 for $575.76. It was beautiful. The second time the dress was tried on the zipper ripped out on one side and we also noticed that some of the beads on the dress were missing. We were actually at Brides on a Budget when this happened. They contacted Erin Vaughan who does alterations to fix this. Erin wanted to just tie a knot on the end of the string to keep more beads from falling off. My fiancée wanted them replaced. It was easy to see they were missing. This happened on March 17th of 2023. They were going to have the dress finished by April 7th of 2023. I stopped by to pick the dress up today April 10th of 2023. They had this dress for 3 weeks to repair it and they didn't do anything to it. The zipper was still ripped out and the beads were still missing. When I picked up the damaged dress I was told Erin was too busy altering prom dresses to actually repair this dress. I fell in love with this dress and paid for it in full that day. I fell in love with my dress the moment I tried it on and the price made me love it even more. Little did I know, when I got home, there was a big ole rip in it on the back side. I didn't notice it trying on the dress because I was pinned up due to the dress being a tad big on me. I tried calling the store, but no answer with the number listed on the website. I tried emailing but get an automatic reply back. I had great customer service while I was in the store but very disappointed when I got home. I had to pay to have the rip fixed during alterations which could have been avoided if I was made aware of the rip to begin with. I wish there was a way to contact someone. Christina is a miracle worker! She is so attentive to not only her in person clients but also her virtual. I loved watching her lives on Facebook showing all the details of the dresses so even ordering online you knew exactly what you were getting. She really gives her all in to giving every bride their moment. I had one bridal consultant experience in person (at a different store) where every dress I tried on they could not order in my size. Back to back let downs. Christina is up front and when I finally received my dress in the mail and tried it on, my wedding finally felt real.
