The front desk staff, Melissa, was fantastic. My POC Dennis was great, very communicative. I'm PISSED about how they "fixed" my vehicle. USAA chose the shop, I paid my $500 deductible and they band-aid'ed my vehicle back together. I hit an object in the road during a rainstorm. It ripped my rear bumper halfway off and demolished all of the mounting clips, and I'm assuming the brackets as well since today I walked out and saw the bumper sticking out, unsecured from my vehicle. I never get in on the passenger side. I have no idea how long it's been this way. When I initially picked the vehicle up, I noticed FROM THE ROAD that my bumper had just been bent back and "secured" in place. Why on earth did it take a week to "fix" if all they did was jerry-rig it? Why on earth did I pay $500 for them to NOT fix it? I mentioned the fact I could see the bumper bend scar (where plastic gets weak and you can see the injury) from the street as I pulled into the lot. Dennis commented they "did a great job", and "you can't tell". Except, I noticed, immediately. So yeah, you CAN tell. I know he has to say that. But if it's not fixed properly, it's not "fixed," now is it? I said I was not happy and they should have replaced it because that is the definition of fixing something. My complaints were ignored. Then today, after only 4 weeks it's fluttering in the breeze again. Upon inspection, I can see the damaged clips not holding it in place. I pushed the bumper back into place, it made a slight click but the clip is damaged, so I'm sure it'll pop off again. Great job. *eye roll* I could have paid a buddy a case of beer to do what this shop did. I also wouldn't have had to go without a vehicle for a week had I taken that route. Ridiculous. Choose a different shop if you want the work done properly. I only gave 3 stars because the office staff was great. The finished product is garbage though, and that's what you go to a collision shop for.. the product.

My car, Honda Civic, needed 31 days for a windshield replacement and hood paint job. The initial forecast was two weeks, or HALF THE EXPECTED TIME. When I finally got my car, they forgot to put the mirror part. I'm patient, but they treat the customer like an idiot!

Some of the best body work I have seen on a German Vehicle. Paint match is great on the pearl coat. Highly recommend their service! Fast, Honest, and good Value for the top end quality.

I took my car to Autobody Advantage of Spring Hill on Monday December 12th for collision repair to the left front corner of my Honda Odyssey. I used this repair station because of the many positive reviews. I don't know if these reviews were all fake or not but my experience was far from positive. I made the appointment and was told Dec 12th was the first open slot. I told them that was fine but I needed my car by Christmas because I was going on an extended trip out of state. They told me not to worry, that they would order all the necessary parts ahead of time and they would have my car repaired by the end of that week. I dropped it off at 8 AM on the 12th but they did not even start on it until the 14th and then ordered parts. The repair was not completed until Friday of the following week. They took twice as long and charged almost twice as much as the original estimate. I picked the car up on Friday 23rd and left the next date on my trip. I then discovered. The air conditioner did not work (they had removed the condenser for repair access) The rubber air dam under the car was hanging loose, the push pins were not installed. The plastic panel that attaches to the top of the grill and covers the radiator was missing, it has not been reinstalled. The used headlight they installed did not contain a parking light bulb. The paint does not match, they did tell me I could bring it back later and they would repaint it. They charged for a aluminum wheel repair even though this wheel was not affected by the damage. These are not nit-picky items, just very poor, unprofessional and maybe dishonest work. my advice, do not trust this place with your car.

Update The owner Mr Grimes called to apologize for the service I received and ask me to bring my car back in and he would correct all items listed. However, I am now in Arizona for the winter so that's not possible. He said I could bring it in after I...

Do not use this body shop for body work! My van had fire damage to the back end, we used my insurance to fix the vehicle. I searched for places in Spring hill and picked autobody due to there good reviews, but I was sadly mistaken. It took a month to fix my van, which I understood due to a part they had to have shipped was taking a long time. But what made it the worst experience was every time I called the front desk girl would put me on 30 plus minute hold, because she had no clue what was going on and had no info on anything going on. She had to go ask someone else for updates and some times would need to call me back every time I called. I would call on my lunch break needing answers and didn't have time to wait, because I had to get back to work, I couldn't call when I got off because they where closed. On the final day I called on my lunch break at 11 to see if my car would be ready at 2-2:30 to pick up, the front desk girl said yes, well we got there and it was not ready. I had to wait 30 minutes more and finally got my car, they where supposed to deep clean the car because it was covered in balck smoke from the fire and it was not, I went to open the door and my hand was black but we where so ready to just get our car back we left. When we got home we washed and cleaned the car, as we where we noticed that the part of the car they where supposed to fix was tinted yellow from the fire. The van is pure white and you can tell it is a different color, I was just so over this shop that I didn't even want to mess with calling them to have it corrected. This is my first time ever leaving a review on Google good or bad, I just wanted to let other people know so they don't go through what I did. PICK A...
