Kohl's — Local services in Spring Hill

ALWAYS love shopping at Kohl's in 3 Different states❣️ BUT YOUR STORES ARE TOO HOT to BE COMFORTABLE❣️I NEVER TRY ON CLOTHES IN the STORES❣️I've actually left your stores in a WHEELCHAIR TWICE NOW in 2 Different LOCATIONS due to stores too hot❣️Your selections are very good, but I'd buy MORE if STORE WAS COOLER❣️At 1 time, I had 5 clothing stores in NC❣️When my stores were about 68°, we sold A LOT MORE CLOTHING & LESS RETURNS‼️Please consider this‼️If I were a MOTHER with Children, shopping, hanging on to my purse,etc, I'D NEVER CONSIDER TRYING ON CLOTHING or SPENDING MUCH TIME in your STORES❣️ You'd have less returns & SALES WILL GO UP IF YOU TRY IT❣️In winter & in WVA & OHIO, I'm NEVER in your stores except to go STRAIGHT to WHAT I CAME FOR & GET OUT❣️Wearing a light weight coat, a purse, ANOTHER EXCHANGE I'm holding on to, etc , I'm OUTTA THERE❣️It would be great for 3-4 mobile shopping carts for disabled❣️ They spend 💲💲 too❣️But lots of meds cause over heating, so shopping trips at KOHL'S are short even tho they're looking for a purse, undies, great selection of your bras, bed linens especially, clothing & for OTHERS in their lives❣️‼️❣️ PLEASE DWELL ON THIS & SEE IF YOUR SALES WILL GO UP in TODAY'S MARKET❣️Not EVERYTHING has to come on line, WE want TO SHOP LIKE EVERYONE ELSE & PEOPLE agree with me when they see me HAIR DRIPPING IN SWEAT DOWN MY GLASSES & I ALWAYS CARRY A FAN & MY HANDKERCHIEFS❣️ And CUSTOMERS found ME, held on to me while someone went to get a WHEELCHAIR & MGR even tho I called twice to an ASSOCIATE to come help me...she looked both times, but went on her way in Mooresville, NC❣️Your selections are GREAT as I use to buy for 14 people for Christmas in YOUR STORES but had to do it in 4-5 visits❣️I knew what I wanted, JUST COULDN'T STAY IN STORE LONG ENOUGH TO SPEND $500-600 DOLLARS in 1 visit❣️You'd be FIVE STARS🌟if your STORES WERE MORE COMFORTABLE & I'M NOT ALONE in this as OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT CAME TO SEE WHAT WAS HAPPENING, AGREED❣️They agreed they wish THEY HAD A HANDHELD FAN & COTTON HANDKERCHIEF TO WIPE SWEAT❣️💋❣️Please consider so I CAN SHOP TO BUY FOR MY WHOLE FAMILY from 3 YEARS OLD to 88 YEARS OLD, MALE & FEMALE❣️When I get older, I'll not be able to spend there at ALL... what a...

I was waiting to do an Amazon return while an elderly woman was doing a return. She had a few items to buy and asked if she could use Kohl's cash or her discount with those items. For the next several minutes the woman "helping" her badgered her over and over and over to open a Kohl's credit card. I've never seen anyone so rude and pushy. The poor woman told her no several times, but the saleswoman would NOT let it go. She even said "I hear you, but I'm not opening a credit card." Finally the woman asked if she could just purchase her items or would she need to take them to the front? The saleswoman said she could only pay for it back there if she opened a credit card. Meanwhile the customer right next to her was allowed to purchase her items with the other very nice saleswoman that wasn't trying to force her into a credit card. I was shocked at this woman's behavior. Extremely disgraceful! It wasn't me being bullied, but it's enough for me not to want to come back any time soon. I almost looked for a manager to report her, but the customer was so kind and patient. Kohl's should be ashamed for bullying an elderly...

Not just this Kohl's but Kohl's in general, seem to take great delight in having their pricing and policies be as obscure as possible. They start by overpricing merchandise and then mark it down to a "sale" price (you're not fooling anyone). You can then get further "discounts" by using coupons (except when you can't, like when the manufacturer doesn't allow it). All of this makes for an overly complex shopping experience that seems designed to make you feel like you got a deal (when you didn't) but just leads to frustration unless you are one of the Kohl's elite who presumably have been to Kohl's university, or are die hard couponers with time on their hands to read all the small print for every item. For those of us who just want to pay the price you see, good luck with that. I'm convinced the goal of Kohl's is to leave you feeling lucky to have escaped without having paid more than you did.
