Quite possibly one of the worst stores in the region. Parking lot is too small for the area. Now, if you can find a parking space then, you make it to the store. The place is super micromanage. If you? Ask a question they direct you where the product is No one takes you to the product, like the other stores. Several of them give you the wrong directions. The last time I was there. All the registers were closed except for one at the far end. That 1 registered was for people that had full buggies. The cashier was a frail old lady. You could tell she was very sick and no one too bad for her. So the customers had to bag their own products. The process was slow and go. 2 employees walk by nobody, stop to help her. Nobody stop to help the customers bag. But my biggest problem was a sick old lady and no one to help her. When I went to customer service and mentioned I was told there was no one scheduled to do that job. If it wasn't the closest store to my house, I would never go back there. And? I guess the most impressive thing is the helpfulness and friendliness of all the employees. It's a very busy store. They do run out of stock on occasion, the majority of the customers are always in a rush. The employees always double-check for the items or help them find what they're looking for or provide a suitable substitution. I noticed the employees bend over backwards to assist the customer with anything they may need. I've been going to Publix for at least 20 years, and this particular store I have gone to for over the last for years. Publix is my primary grocery store because they carry everything I want and need with very few exceptions. The staff is always helpful, from in-store questions, location of items, bagging my purchases and even assisting in loading said items into car if needed. Their app let's me see weekly deals and add them to my grocery list which is tailored to my specific Publix combined with bogo specials on items I routinely use and order-ahead on things like deli purchases help save money and time.
