Firehouse Subs Spring Hill — Restaurant in Florida

This is our 2nd trip to this store waiting 7 months between visits. Every sandwich 7 months ago was made wrong and so was this time. I asked for a large New York steamer with provolone, onions, and Mayo only. My husband ordered a large steak and cheese and a large hook and ladder both with onions. None of the 3 sandwiches were made with onions. The new York steamer has no provolone. I call and they say bring it back. Our order was time stamped 640pm and it's now 735pm. That's how far of a drive it is. He says BRING them back and we will re make them. Are you kidding me?? IN the days of Uber eats and door dash and I'm suppose to drive for another hour there and hour home for a remade sandwiches?? Why shouldn't they pay for the Uber eats or for dash, it was their mistake. What a waste of $53 for 2 people to have to throw away the food. Did I mention I ordered the FAMOUS MAC N CHZ? It came with NO BREAD CRUMBS 🤷‍♀️ Never going back to firehouse subs again! This was my last night for red meat before my 3 day lent. I'm so let down and guess I'm now having a 4 day lent as this is inedible. If I wanted just meat on a bun I could of made that at home cheaper. So much for helping the local firehouses in our area as we will no longer even look at a firehouse restaurant. This is so sad!! Why aren't they training these people to make a sandwich correctly? Looked at the receipt that they put in the bag and nothing was even rung up the way we told them. We specifically didn't use the app as that was the problem 7 months ago. So I'll start by saying I love firehouse and I'd pick this place over any subs ,BUT I ORDER about 6 sandwiches last night get home start eating them and my sons sandwich has a very long hair tangled throughout the sandwich, it wasn't like it was a little hair I could pick up the sandwich with the piece of hair that was in it needless to say by this time they were closed couldn't go back up there and had to throw away my sons food , it was pretty gross and I was even kind of grossed out by this because we all were eating sandwiches from firehouse, my rating is based solely on this one particular night and I usually have good experience here but maybe staff need to wear hair nets being that they are around food and not have their hair swinging while in a pony tail , I ordered online and when I came to pick it up it was a young girl long hair in a pony tail swinging her hair while making food , that's the problem , who knows if hair was in anyone's else's sandwich we didn't finish what was left so pretty much six sandwich and 65$ later with a closed restaurant to not get it replaced , I spend a ton of money here for my family not to eat...

I just ordered a sub and large $2.36 drink online. My husband picked it up for me through the drive thru. When he got home he realized the drink was only half full. Now I don't like to complain but this is the second time this store messed up my order. Last time we got 2 large subs 2 kids meals and a drink for us. They didn't give us the chips for the kids meals and wouldn't have given us the drinks if we didn't say something. So I called the store tonight to say something since this is the second time and the boy that answered was very apologetic and offered me a free sub next time. 10 minutes later the manager calls me back to inform me that she is "confident that the drink was filled to the brim" and to call the owner and let him know. Are you kidding me how professional is it to call a regular customer back to call them a liar! Really!!!!! I didn't even ask the boy for anything he offered. Well guess what you just lost a regular customer and anyone else I can tell not to go to this store.
