To make a long story short we used to love this location until we found out how my daughter was treated as an employee here. Being new and winning a pizza making contest against others who have been there forever was an amazing accomplishment. Sounds great up until you hear how management actually treats their employees. When youāre a manager you would assume your duties would be to help out in every aspect. This locations managers takes cooks who are closers and makes them literally do everything while they sit back and do absolutely nothing. They are on their phones and so forth avoiding being leaders in helping the closer. My daughter went above and beyond in this location as well as put up with this irresponsible behavior from management and finally had enough. This location needs work as well as needs to remind their managers that there is more to being a manager then standing around and having everyone around you do the work for you while you do absolutely nothing. Being in the business and having multiple companies itās my job to help out in every aspect I can to accommodate each of our businesses. My advise is this, today is so hard to find employees that want to work let alone come to work so you want to make sure you take care of them so they take care of you. Donāt sit back and assume your managers are doing their full detailed duties on top of helping their team. There is a reason why the positions here are always open as well as orders are being delivered late to customers. I am simply writing this to show who maybe in charge of this location what in-fact is really going on. My daughter loved this place and working here and it was simply a sad situation all around in the end of her employment here....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI typically would never write a bad review as I truly believe people have off days and or entitled to a second chance. However, the manager with short hair was extremely abrasive. When I explained to her that one of my pizzas were wrong and that they were supposed to be both two medium pizzas with extra pepperoni she did not accommodate me. Hindsight I should have walked out and not paIād for any of it since it was cash upon pick up, but that is not the type of person I am. I have witnessed her on many occasions be extremely abrasive to other customers as well. Not knowing that there were some reviews on here about her rudeness as well . It wouldāve been a lot easier for her to make the second pizza the way I wanted, and I would have been more apt to go back. I have three children with autism I would never order a pizza that would upset them. I wound up throwing out the one pizza in the garbage even though I paid for it. I truly believe she does not care about customer service and hopefully the owner of this establishment will read this and educate his manager as to how to deal with customers. Hopefully The owners will still have customers at the time that happens. Mistakes happen, but I assure you I wouldnāt complain about a pizza if I had not ordered it that way. Wishing you...

And seriously the last 4 times we have ordered them the same way every time., the order was taken correctly but the person making them CANT read.the last 4 times we have ordered they have been totally wrong. Which in turn I have to call and they do re make the order but by the time MY food gets here my fiance has already eaten by himself and then I eat by myself. If he waited for me to get my food his would be cold. THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE. I can see maybe once they mess up, but not every time we order. They DONT even comp our meal or NOTHING.
