The staff was rude and condescending the 1st day I was there so I gave a bad review on their survey I went 2 days later and 3 staff members apparently took it personal.A nurse named Doug violently ripped the measuring device on the scale up after I asked why I was there for 2 and a half hours and why 5 people who came after me went before me. He didn't measure me correctly he told me I was 5'8 when I'm 5'10 I had my head down. I've seen many doctors over the past few years with severe colitis and severe bowel disease a busted lower back and bone spur in my neck and I've been measured many times and not once did anybody measure me when my head was still looking at the floor and tell me I was two inches shorter .he violently and in a threatening mannor ripped it up took a measurement and then ripped it down and then when I mention I wasn't 5/8 he told me in a very angry voice and threatening way get up on the scale and I'll show you then closed the door on me when I was trying to read the eye chart and his buddy a nurse who I only asked if the needle was a new needle when they were giving me a TB test who took offense to that told me ive been a nurse for a long time I'm not doing this anymore instead of just doing her job.and walked out and then they proceeded to kick me out and call my employer to tell them which basically cost me a job. All because I asked why I was still waiting and I didn't ask in any nasty way but was frustrated and also because I asked if the needle was new so those two reasons are why I got kicked out and the owner who came rushing towards me like a bulldog in a threatening way told me to leave all because I asked a simple question so one staff member took offense and then two others took offense to me asking why I was there two and a half hours to get my arm checked.if you're a professional and somebody ask you questions like that you act accordingly you don't take it personal and tell me that my questions are dictating the way that you work which is literally what Doug said. They are totally wrong with the way they acted one follow the other they have no self-control and I've never felt like a nurse was threatening me...
Read moreTerrible place.... My wife was in a car accident at roughly 630 pm on 4/26/19. After seeing the EMT and Police my wife was advised to go to a walk-in to at least get looked at. She was feeling dizzy and probably has a concussion. We left straight from the accident and headed to this walk-in because it was open long enough to not have to rush there.
We got there and checked and waited as two other patients came in. They saw the last to come in first and finally said we would have to pay out of pocket but surely that couldn't be right we gave our insurance card, it's good insurance, and should pay our copay and be good to go. We were informed because it was a car accident we needed to use our car insurance, a car insurance I have not even had a chance to call yet because we came right to the clinic. Not that we would use it anyway because my wife was hit from behind so it would have to go through the other person's insurance and insurance which I also haven't had a chance to call because once again we came from the accident. It seemed simple to me, treat my wife and take my insurance then my insurance can get their pound of flesh from the person who caused the car accident.. But hey all you have to do is make sure the that after a car accident, from the police reports which take 10 business days, all paperwork in triplicate signed by the at fault auto insurance company and make an appointment then bam good responsible and companionate health care is your for the taking. What a bunch of BS thanks for playing games with my wife's health.I look forward to not going there again and hoping people read this review and decide to go elsewhere too..
So much for do no harm... But hey I am sure the office staff will assure you too that they need you to understand they are not refusing you.. Just not able to treat...
Read moreI was forced to wait outside for 10 minutes before even being greeted, had to call to get someone to come out, they made me fill out a bunch of paperwork even though I have been here many times in the past, and then when I was ready to turn the paperwork in I had to go in and tell her I was done just to be shooed out and made to wait another 5 minutes. Keep in mind there were PLENTY of people inside, but I was not allowed to go in because one of my symptoms was a cold-like symptom even though I just tested negative for COVID 2 days ago and made them aware of that. Also, the receptionist made me say what my symptoms were in front of other people which is such a violation of privacy. I was reluctant at first when she asked why I was here, and I just stated “To see a doctor” until she persisted with asking me what my symptoms were even though there were other patients right next to me waiting to be helped. Then I had to wait an hour and a half, after calling them three times to see where my place was in line and being told each time that I was “the next person in line”. When I asked if they could get a more specific ETA, since I had been the next person in line for over an hour, I was told that there are two lines and that other people from another line are being helped because they are here for other things?? And then when I told the receptionist I wanted to be taken off the waiting list she was extremely rude to me. The receptionist there was one of the rudest workers I have met. If you look under the reviews and use the tag receptionist to filter, you will see absolutely ZERO good reviews about them. Honestly, the doctors are quite nice and helpful, but your front desk staff if by far the worst I have ever seen in a company....
