Pickin' Daisies — Local services in Spring Hill

I ordered a corsage and boutonnière for my son’s homecoming dance on Wednesday, and scheduled pickup for Saturday. Their regularly scheduled hours published on both their website and on Google indicate hours of 8-1 on Saturday. I arrived at 11:30 to pickup the flowers and they were closed. I checked my phone to see that I had voicemail from Friday at 4 PM - only an hour before they close - to let me know they would not be open. I wouldn’t have been able to get the flowers with one hour notice if I had received the message.

UPDATE: 2 hours after I tried to pick up the flowers, I got a call that they would be left outside. During that two hour window, I’d already been to Kroger, then to Walmart, and finally had to go up to Hobby Lobby in Franklin to get supplies to make them myself. I wasted 2 hours and an additional $60. I will again be inconvenienced by wasting more of my time to return the supplies.

There were several points of failure on the shop’s part that could have prevented and/or more effectively managed their change in hours. This happened to another customer the same day, too.

I paid for the XL upgrade, and added a tip, total cost was $131.80. I was expecting better quality from a local florist. Extremely disappointed, got these for my Mom for Mother’s Day and she even said she had trim back a couple of dead lillies, she said it was mostly filler. I would NOT recommend, wish I could get my money back. I saw floral arrangements at Fred Meyer that were better than this for $50. Save yourself the the money and disappointment and get a gift certificate for a spa day instead if your Mom lives out of town.

I could kick myself for not having a picture, but Lee Ann went above and beyond for me! I came in two weeks before my son‘s wedding, desperate for some simple bouquets and a boutonniere. Even though they had a large wedding the day after I needed them, she accommodated me. I sent her pictures of what I would like and the bouquets they created were beyond my expectations! They were ready on time the day I needed them, and her communication with me was excellent! Thank you so much for all you did, I will be a loyal customer for any future...
