How many grand reopenings will it take before management realizes that an expert restaurant consultant is needed? Isn't this is the fourth or fifth relaunch? Yet, the same issues persist.

The macaroni had a gritty texture, the pork chop and onions were supposed to be grilled, but the pork chop was fried, and the onions were completely uncooked. To make matters worse, one of my friends never even received her order.

Service also remains inconsistent—our waitress, the taller one, struggled with taking orders correctly, took too long, and had difficulty using the POS system. Instead of another grand reopening, investing in professional guidance could finally resolve these ongoing issues and create a better...

This place is amazing!!!! The service and food was awesome. Must try the butter pecan cake!!!! Soooo goood!!!!! I gave my friend a slice and she definitely wanted seconds!! She asked why I only brought her one slice because it was sooo good!! I ate here twice in one day because the food was sooo good!!!! Great place for a reception and other special events as well!!!! The owner is so nice and really puts effort into making sure his guests are pleased with the service!!!! Great addition to Spring Hill!!!! Also try the grilled shrimp, Candy yams and greens!!! Sooo delicious at a very affordable price!!! I can’t wait to go back!!!! Oh and it’s verrry clean as well and has a nice selection of top chef liquors to choose from which I love…gotta...

We hosted a rehearsal dinner through RES and had a fantastic experience! They allowed us to bring in outside catering which worked best for our event. Before, during and after the event, their team was very responsive to any questions we had. Everyone was professional and personable, and the atmosphere of the venue was warm and inviting. There was little we needed to do to decorate, but we were allowed to add some of our own special touches to personalize it for our event. There aren't many places, locally, that allow for the size event we were hosting. We were too big for a restaurant and too small for a hotel conference room. We were thrilled when we learned about this venue....
