Four Boars Brewpub — Local services in Spring Hope

We tried a new restaurant in Spring Hope, a brewery pub called “Four Boars Brew Pub”. A taste of some German food, Bratwursts, Sauerkraut, Perogies, Potato Cakes w/ sour cream, bacon, ham & swiss and more. Delicious! I ordered the PULED PORK PEROGIS 3-Potato, Cheddar & Chive Pierogis Topped with Pulled Pork in Poblano 4 Bell Pepper,Marzen Beer Cream sauce. I could not eat it all, good portions. Yummy! My spouse ordered the PULLED PORK SANDWICH W/BRIOCHE BUN and french fries. For dessert we split a Apple Strudel with caramel sauce, so good😋! One room has the bar and table and chairs and the other large room has the picnic tables seating area, tv’s and jukebox on the wall. We met the owners Pamela & Ryan very nice couple, Pamela introduced herself, which we thought was nice. On the wall they have local artist of the month with their awesome art work for sale and the artist changes every month. We would definitely come back and sit outside, out back there is a decent size outdoor eating area with stringed lights and enclosed privacy fence. Pets are allowed in the outdoor area,...

10/5 Update Ok, so we absolutely love the changes to the pork skins! Excellent!! Beast Burger was fantastic and next time I'm trying dessert;

We didn't get to eat food, unfortunately on opening night the kitchen got a bit overwhelmed. However, the place was fantastic and server (Teal) was super friendly and helpful! We will absolutely be back and can't wait to try the food! We got a flight of their own beers: I enjoyed the Hells & Lager (also Prosecco on tap)! (We will be back!) Update: we went back on 9/18...had 2 different beers and some food! The pretzel & beer cheese were amazing, the pork skins- not bad but not crispy like we were looking for. They were a bit chewy.

Still...planning on going again for dinner soon!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ While traveling along I-95, we stopped overnight in Rocky Mount, NC, and discovered a wonderful gem just 15 minutes away in Spring Hope. The restaurant/pub - Four Boars Brew Pub - offers a warm, casual atmosphere and exceptional food — the pierogi dishes were especially delicious. There’s an impressive selection of both beer and wine, and my husband particularly enjoyed being able to sample a flight of their craft beers.
