Pak Mail — Local services in Spring Lake Township

Four months ago I sent an overnight package to my daughter in Nashville via FedEx through PakMail Spring Lake. It was supposed to be delivered the following day (Saturday) before noon for a special occasion. That did not happen and it was not actually delivered until Monday afternoon, several days later.

I have been trying for four months to get a refund from FedEx since they advertise, "This money-back guarantee is your exclusive remedy in the event of a service failure for the recovery of all or any portion of the FedEx charges for a shipment." Mason and his team members worked hard to resolve this issue for me. FedEx finally reimbursed them and they were able to reimburse me for the FedEx portion of the fee.
