Janice has the worst customer service. She will talk to you like you donât know anything and judge you based on how you look. She volunteered herself to do a phone sale for us (We have a company) and gave us attitude the entire time. We had a large load (100 pickets, 14 2x4, etc.) My boyfriend (co-owner of the company) kindly told her âI can help you out and tell you how many of each there isâ without even letting him finish talking she said No! And made the girl she was training count each item, alright. Next we tell her we have a coupon, eye roll, she canât figure out how to do it, calls someone over for help. Okay she asked for a phone number to call, we give her one, our partner doesnât answer the phone, she then proceeds to leave a message âhellooo Home Depot can you pick up your phone?!â Tried again, leaves same voicemail. Tells us can you call them and tell them to pick up the phone! My boyfriend tells her âI have another number you can callâ (our partners personal #) âNO! We have to call this one!â The girl she was training asked her âwhy canât you call the other numberâ she tells her âno we have to call this one, if they donât answer he isnât leaving with this stuff!â (she looks over her shoulder towards my bf and back at the girl) âhe isnât anyone, heâs just the carrierâ So they answer the phone and she doesnât know how to process the order, she asked for the card number and doesnât know what to do and ends up writing it down on a piece of paper (never have they done that, they always type it in the computer) so after about 10 minutes of being on the phone with our partner she finally gets it. We didnât like the fact that she wrote down the CC information so we ask for that paper so we know they wonât be able to use it, the girl training is about to give it to us when Janice goes and snatched it from her and says âno you can not give it to themâ we reply okay then âdiscard of it right now thenâ she crumbled it up goes around to another register and begin to rip it apart (alright Janice whatever)

   Read moreZERO STARS! This AAA cooper corporation company better be glad I donât file a suit on their driver who basically threatened and disrespected me while attempting to deliver my shipment. First of all, it took ten minutes to explain how to get into the gate, then another ten minutes to find my location. This guy hops out looking like a wanna be thug with tats and dreads going down to his knees, talking all ghetto like a wanna be gangster but Thatâs not the problem. The issue at hand is this company did not give their employee the right equipment to unload my shipment. This young skinny guy could barely bring one pallet off the back lift of the truck. He needed my assistance just to get it down. Then once we get that pallet down, I assist in trying to get it into my garage because I live in a town home so we donât have driveways or curbs. We get it half way into the garage and it gets stuck, immobilized the jack/lift he was using. He then tells me how to âfigure it outâ. âDevise a planâ to getting these pallets in my Garage. I told him itâs not my job to help you nor figure out how. Itâs your job and your company whoâs shouldâve givn you the right equipment to make the drop. HE THEN tells me to go to hell! Straight to my face when I was nothing but Patient and helpful. So I then say take your stuff and go, get off my property and leave. He then calls his dispatcher and begins bad mouthing me calling me Crazy, amongst other things and then he tries to tell me heâs going to leave it in the street, middle of the complex which is a fire zone. I then tell him no again and ask him to leave. He moves his jack and I close my garage. So I speak with Home Depot and they mention that he claimed he dropped the shipment. I refused the shipment and told them i do not have their product. They cancelled It and refunded my money but now Iâm finished. I would never order thru this company!    Read moreEvery curbside pickup experience has been a nightmare with locals. Only once during hurricane beryl a nice lady from another state that was helping at this location came out meeting SLA time frame. But the locals that are permanent here DO NOT CARE, after waiting 20 minutes outside I always have to go inside to see whatâs the hold up and I never see a line or that the team there is busy. Yesterday 12/2 when I walked in MAYA was on the phone hiding in the back where the items are held for pickup, the other man with long hair and a African girl were chit chatting gossiping and my items were just sitting there. I asked if they needed help with their curbside operation. Please managers be on top of this, set a goal to meet like a timeframe we should not be sitting outside for 20+ minutes waiting when itâs not busy I was the only one there for curbside pickup. As I was inside waiting another customer arrived and no one greets anyone and MAYA was called out by another employee that looked productive on the move so she can help the customer and she was still on her personal phone.
